I appreciate the information deck - its width and depth. I use a paid version - hence often consulting Warren AI. Very helpful. And the AI picks feature is great as well. What I would recommend is... See more

A GREAT PLATFORM OVERALL. AND THE INFORMATION THEY OFFER FOR FREE IS TRULY USEFULL AND MORE THAN SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR. THERE IS ONE THING I AM TRYING TO GET MY HEAD AROUND THOUGH, THEY SEEM TO BE INVOLVED PROP FIRM CHALLENGES, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY FINE, HOWEVER WHEN I DIG DEEPER IT SEEMS LIKE ITS ACTUALLY NOT INVESTING.COM THAT PROVIDES THIS SERVICE. I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS THEIR FAULT, OR SOMEONE IS CAPITALIZING ON THEIR REPUTATION BUT I FIND IT QUITE CONFUSSING. NEVERTHELESS, A FANTASTIC PLATFORM
I’ve had to escalate repeated harassment on Investing.com’s forum to UK police and cybercrime authorities after months of stalking, abusive posts, and personal attacks were ignored by the platform’s moderation team. I was recently visited at home by two police officers to discuss my safety and next steps.
The abuse continues through a string of fake accounts often using footballer names, all clearly linked by writing style, behaviour, and timing. This isn’t random trolling. It’s a pattern of unhealthy targeted obsession. Even when I stop posting entirely, my name is dragged into new comment threads to provoke and defame.
At one point, this person even attempted to identify my VPN location. The pattern is deeply disturbing and it hasn’t stopped.
I’ve submitted full documentation to Investing.com support, including screenshots and official incident numbers. But no permanent action has been taken. The harasser simply creates another alias and continues.
As a result, I’ve felt unsafe. Afraid to leave the house. My mental wellbeing has been seriously impacted.
This is no longer a moderation issue. It’s a user safety issue — and Investing.com is currently hosting it. Their continued inaction, despite clear warnings and evidence, is deeply concerning.
The authorities are now involved. The public is now informed.
UPDATE: I’ve now received a response from the support team. Several accounts linked to the same individual have since been removed.
This is a positive step but the situation remains part of an ongoing criminal investigation. New accounts continue to appear, and I expect timely action from the platform to prevent further harm.
This goes beyond forum disruption. It’s a serious, targeted case that must continue to be treated as such.
I pay for use without adverts. Still: i do get an advert blocking information and difficult to get rid of. It is an add from investing.com with a service they provide ("Join our investing challenges and compete for rewards while you learn!"). Having asked cust-support, the answer is: "This is not considered to be an add, since it is from us". HUH??! When I respond that the message is tying to sell something and hence is an add, for which I pay not to have that nuisance, the response: "it isnt an add since it is about us". And still the bloody add is blocking information that I try to access and difficult to get rid of. Takes time and energy.

It's not the first tine I got caught up in the pitch. But it's definitely the last time because I have seen what consistency feels like.
FIFTH & heaven made me stop looking.

After latest change, tapping on different time periods on the screen (1W, 1M, 1Y, etc.) does not calculate the performance from the start of the period to today. What happened? Is this another feature that was available and now I have to pay for?
Greedy.

Dependable: Reliable to the point where judgements and recommendations appear to closely follow the consensus of other financial stock analysts. A very useful tool for trading as well as for portfolio development.

Scammers, I have send a request to cancel my subscription, which they completely ingnored resulting in another charge on my credit card.
The system is designed in a way that requires users to submit a manual request to cancel their subscription, whereas most other platforms offer a straightforward, automated cancellation process.
I would recommend using a virtual card adding funds only for a month each time!!!
It’s quite telling that your team is quick to respond to negative reviews on Trustpilot, yet continues to ignore a straightforward subscription cancellation request I submitted over a month ago. It shouldn’t be easier to get a public reply than it is to receive basic customer support.
Frankly, whoever is responsible for managing your customer service operations should seriously reevaluate their priorities—or be replaced. This level of disregard for customer communication is unacceptable.
For context, the response I finally received to my follow-up email yesterday was the following:
"Hi,
Thanks again for reaching out to our team.
We’re really sorry we haven't gotten to your inquiry yet.
Due to unexpectedly high volume, we’re a little slower in our replies than we’d like to be.
Don’t worry though! Your ticket is still in our queue and remains a top priority of ours.
Thanks for bearing with us and we apologize for any inconvenience our delayed reply has caused.
Kind Regards,"
