Excellent Invebo product and service!

I had such a great experience with Invebo from beginning to end! The whole team is awesome and their product is great. I have an original Bose SoundDock and I was looking for a better quality Bluetooth adapter as the couple I tried off Amazon seemed to work for a short time then stopped working. I received the BC25HD upgrade kit and was able to install it no problem following all of their instructional videos. When I did not get sound out of the adapter on my first try of it, I immediately reached out to Invebo customer support and after several emails back and forth, they were able to troubleshoot my issue as being a faulty sound processor module on my original dock. After following another set of instructional videos and great direction via email, I was able to send my sound processor module to them for repair and quickly got it back. Everything went back together great again following the videos for direction. Now I have a better than new SoundDock with much more capability than I had before at a very reasonable price. I am so glad I am finally able to enjoy the great sound from this dock again. A huge thanks to Ed and all of the Invebo team for making this such a wonderful experience, easing all my concerns of having to ship parts back and forth internationally. I highly recommend the Invebo team and their products!

Bose Sounddock series 1 repair

I can't say thank you enough or recommend highly enough. My Sounddock stopped working 11 years ago and after finding this amazing group of people at Invebo. I now have back my beloved dock working perfectly thank you so much. Highly recommended Invebo x Marianne

SoundDock 10 Repair and Bluetooth Upgrade

It was a sad day when my SoundDock 10 suddenly stopped working. I no longer listen to music on my old iPod, but I was using the 3.5mm Aux input jack with feeds from either my iPhone or Amazon Echo. After an online search I was fortunate to discover Invebo. Their excellent video pointed to a failed power module and demonstrated how to remove it for shipment to their facility in the UK where they would repair it. The shipping cost $28.75 for USPS First Class International Service from New Jersey. I decided to also order the Bluetooth upgrade kit.

I got everything back a couple of days ago and quickly installed both the power module and Bluetooth upgrade, guided by their extremely clear video instructions. I am extremely happy with the outcome. The SoundDock 10 is better than new. If you have a SoundDock 10 and no longer listen to your iPod, you must get the Invebo Bluetooth.

The team at Invebo are excellent

The team at Invebo are excellent, so friendly and helpful, great service and great products. I brought the Bluetooth upgrade kit for my Bose SoundDock Original. The Bluetooth works really well from my phone and I am blown away by the quality of the sound. It is so good that I brought one for my friend and installed it and she is amazed by the functionality and sound quality. Well done and thank you team Invebo.

Sustainability Champions

Invebo guys are true champions of sustainable.
This old school, old girl was given an old style Bose dock, but it was the purchase of the docking adaptor from Invebo which made a big difference to using my new gift in confidence knowing that it would protect its longevity.
Next year I may splash out and get the converter kit.

Dr. Frankenstein... "It's alive!!!"

Like many others, my Bose SoundDock 10, after many years of reliable service failed to power up. A quick search of the Internet led me to Tony and the Team at Invebo.com. Everything you could ever want to know about your Bose audio system is found on their web page as well as numerous videos on YouTube. A quick and easy disassembly and I sent the board off for a free inspection. I live in Indiana, USA and the thought of sending this to the UK for service was uneasy but it couldn't be further from the truth. For about $20 US, I sent off my package and was surprised that it was received and logged into the Invebo system (which tracks the process of your inspection and subsequent repairs) in only seven days. My power board was identified as bad and I approved the repair as well as going ahead with the Bluetooth upgrade. With the Thanksgiving Holiday, I still got the return shipment in nine business days. I never thought I'd be hearing such amazing sound given the fact that this unit is 15 years old but I was pleasantly surprised. The Bluetooth capability makes using web-based audio streaming services a breeze and the sound quality rivals my very expensive home theatre setup. I highly recommend this service for anybody looking to repair or upgrade their Bose audio products!!! Alan

Bose Sound Dock 10

I have an old Bose sound dock 10 that would not power up. At first I thought I would fix it myself. I started searching on youtube thinking surely someone else had the same problem. I ran across videos from Ed at Invebo which led me to their repair service. I followed his detailed videos to disassemble and ship out the relevant part to be repaired. Turn around was quick and I was able to get it up and running again in no time. While in the process I noticed the 24 bit bluetooth upgrade they developed. So I ordered that and installed it again using his detailed video. The unit is completely transformed and better then new!

Top class service

I have an old Bose sound dock original which stopped working suddenly the iPod still charged ok but no sound from the dock .I was resigned to the fact that the dock was for the bin until I found the helpful people from Invebo on the internet.Some great videos to remove parts from the dock & sent to Invebo for repair & an upgrade to convert dock to bluetooth.Dock now sounds great stream music from phone or tablet & still able to use original iPod with input cable.Thanks Invebo can't thank you enough

Don't trust this garage-based business unless you're ready for a big dissapointment

I sent my processor for a "Free Sound Processor SHLD7000 series Diagnostic Check" as offered in their website and after few weeks I receive a repair invoice. When I claimed that I never authorized the said repair, they only replied saying that they repair automatically if the unit is found faulty. They don't have the time to "too-and-fro" with the customer, however they offered reversing the repair and sending the unit back to me. Nothing was done and now they're claiming that they did the repair in accordance with their terms and conditions. Which reputable business makes repairs without the consent of the customer? They have basically stolen my processor and now my sound dock is ready to go to the garbage bin thanks to Invebo. I would strongly suggest not to do any kind of business with this people.

Great Repair but missing Bluetooth upgrade.

I sent my Soundock in to Invebo got a repair as it had stopped playing altogether. I also paid to have a Bluetooth upgrade as part of the deal. Getting the Soundock to Invebo was easy enough although I did have to chase them up to confirm it had arrived at their end.

There was a delay in getting the unit back, but when it was returned, I was delighted with the repair and it was wonderful to hear that Bose sound quality once again.

Unfortunately, the Bluetooth function was not working and despite following the various instructions sent to try and get it up and running, I still do not have a Bluetooth function.

The company offered to refund the difference between the repair and the upgrade, and as I didn’t want the hassle of returning the unit again, I agreed to this. However, some eight weeks later, I still haven’t had the refund or a reply to two separate emails asking for an update.

I want to be balanced in my review and so I say this- the repair was completed to a high standard and the sound is brilliant. The Bluetooth upgrade was non-existent even though I am advised that the test that they carried out before returning the unit showed it was working correctly, and it is currently proving difficult to address this due to a lack of response from the company.

I cannot fault the repair aspect of my experience, but suggest caution if you’re considering the Bluetooth upgrade.

Excellent service all around

Like several people have already said, I was worried about dealing with a company I didn't know and in another country, but everything about the experience was excellent! First of all, there was the now rare great customer service - any e-mail inquiry was answered professionally in no more than two days (even on weekends!). Then there are the videos - superb is the only word to describe them! I had a problem with a Bose Sounddock 10. I don't have much experience with this, but with the clear and patient directions on the video I understood what I was doing and was able to remove (and later reinstall) the power unit. The directions on how to ship it from the US to the UK were also great. Now the Bose unit is back up and running and sounds as great as ever. Many, many thanks for helping me keep this out of a landfill! I highly recommend Invebo.

Bose Soundock 1 is alive and well

I hated the thought of throwing out my Bose Sound Dock 1 but was resigned to it until Invebo.com
These guys saved my "sense of worth" because I had listened to the latest Bose gear and was not 'wooed' at all. Its good, but why waste a perfectly "really good" series 1. The BC7A blue tooth upgrade has enabled me to revitalise a treasured possession and keep me partying in the 80's (sadly)

Excellent Service

Like most people I was wary when looking to deal with a Company I didn't know. However, I'm delighted to confirm that I had a really positive experience in terms of being kept informed of progress and the repair that was completed in the power board for my Sounddock 10 following it being damaged by an electrical 'spike' which left the unit 'dead'. I followed the excellent YouTube videos to re-install the power board and now have a fully functional Sounddock again. I'm delighted and wouldn't hesitate to use Invebo again.
