I would not recommend them... outrageously high prices and shipping costs.

Auction premiums are very high - 20% to 27%, and then they add outrageous shipping costs, handling charges, packing charges.

Their invoice for one item to be shipped by DHL was $594.00... I checked with DHL and their cost was only $365 for the same item.

I checked FedEx and the cost was anywhere between $125 to $220 depending upon the service.

Tbh changing auctioneers mid auction was a disaster. Your second auctioneer was atrocious. OMG really????

Never had any contact with this company before, but they banned me from participating in auctions. At first they told me the auction house using the portal rejected me, but the auction house said that was not true. Then they told me they had made a "collective management" decision to ban me. Completely bizarre and ridiculous. At least have the professionalism to give an actual reason.

They charge me for suscribe and ask me for my credit card and when I win they say this item can't not available to sale online

Invaluable allows supposed buyers to cancel their winning bids . This allows sellers or their friends to dummy bid just to push up the price during bidding and then cancel.

The post sale service was outstanding!
I have worked with many of the major auction houses and none compare with the Cottones.
In an online world it is refreshing to see.

A flawed dishonest uncontrolled bidding system with serious issues. If you want to lose on the bidding don’t use them. Disgraceful ! Still waiting for a response from my email. Two bidders at the same amount - how do I lose ? Pathetic!

Invaluable allowed the auctioneers to misrepresent and change billing invoices which caused the customer to end up being double charged.

I am still waiting to hear why invaluable is using my email address to outbid my own bids. That is most unprofessional dreadful negligence.

How sweet it is. One of the best experiences I’ve had and have been fortunate enough to obtain some beautiful and uniquely crafted pieces. I search for one of a kind craftsmanship works by talented artists. Also, the rock specimens are spectacular.
I Will be back and attend more live auctions. I had a great time watching for many hours at night into the morning. It was a blast. I need to practice faster at placing bids or I would have won a few more. Last not least, I am ecstatic and thrilled.
