Update:- Erin from the team called me this morning to speak to me about the issue, however because I didn't report within 7 days they were unable to help me? Seems to just be following the process and unsympathetic. Why call to begin with?

The sales team was very patient ,wasnt sure of amount needed or different inlay for hamptons look.They contacted me multiple times to keep the build on tract.
My carpenters are very happy we went with the pine trim that has been under coated.less work for them.

Great service with delivery concerns.
Easy ordering process and prompt delivery. Only issue is delivery occurred without notification to Site Supervisor therefore was left in an unsafe location.

Great communication
The communication from Intrim staff waas well aobve its competitors in htis space. The quoting process and ability to assit me in finding the specifc product was exactly what I was after.
Unfortunetly frieght to my house (alternative state) for very small order was not practical, no fault of Intirm, and used local supplier. In aying this I would have defiently used Intrim if was local.

Worth the price?
Once installed the skirting boards look good, however are of significantly lower quality to competitors mouldings. The selected profiles are really nice however a far lower quality of pine is used to make the boards which split easier, have a large number of knots/defects the finger joints are only 300mm apart. The primer used also seems of subpar quality.
This is extremely disappointing when taking into consideration how expensive the mouldings were.
Before selecting our mouldings we had a design consult which was somewhat helpful however the profiles recommended by the consultant seemed like a lazy selection as they are all part of intrims ‘in style in stock’ range.
I wouldn’t use Intrim again for future projects
