If I could give these people 0 stars I would! The device itself is fine and when I went to pick it up from Solar World, the people there were amazing. My issue is with their sales and customer service support. When I called in the first place I was trying to get a quote. They have to get your information to even get any pricing information which I didn’t mind. Here’s my problem, the guy I spoke with said that because I was a new customer and this was my first ever offense I’d be able to get 2 promotions. He said I’d only have to pay $1 and that would cover all the initial startup fees and everything and that when I went to pick up the device, I’d have to pay a fee there and the second promotion would send me up to $50 back for whatever I paid when I was there. I was like okay cool, sounds good to me! I asked about monthly costs moving forward and he said it’d be about $60 something a month and each time I got my device calibrated it would be around $40 something. In my mind I’m like okay great that’s not too bad. When I went and got the device I didn’t have to pay anything to bring it home so I figured this is awesome, they already credited what I’d owe!
That was on October 12th, I’ve had no issues up until about a week and a half ago they tried charging my card for $200. I was confused, checked the app and saw I had a $61 fee and $139 fee. Itemized there was shipping, setup, and some other things. I’m confused so last Tuesday I called trying to figure this all out because this is different than what I was initially told. The lady put in a request to look at the sales call and for me to check for any changes on my app by Friday and if nothing changed to call back. I never saw any changes. So I called them this morning and was basically told there was nothing to do so I wanted to speak with a manager. She transferred me to another associate. I called back about 20 minutes ago to get in touch with a supervisor and she basically said the same thing, the only thing she could do is waive the shipping fee WHICH BTW I WAS NEVER EVEN TOLD ABOUT! I give up and say I’ll just have her waive it and then she said oh wait no, we can’t because you have a balance and once you pay that I can waive it. THAT WAS A PART OF THE PAST DUE BALANCE!!
Overall, these people will hide fees from people in these situations and not care one bit, they only want their money. This is ridiculous and I’m appalled that they can get away with this.

UPDATE: The comment these people wrote is crazy work to me. They literally just listed their customer service number that will send me to a random representative where I’d have to go through all the bs I’ve already had to go through with them today. Their supervisors are 0 help and just tell me, well it was in the contract. I didn’t see it until I picked up the device and if I missed or didn’t take it I was going to be charged $75. I genuinely cannot stand dealing with this company and it hasn’t even been a month yet. DO NOT GO WITH THEM!
