will never recommend it to any friend under this management team!

I have moved about 15 times in my career and I must say that this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The treatment after the payment is made is drastically different than before. A huge customer disrespect, terrible time and resource management, arrogant attitude, and big default on promises made. You guys have a great team of movers (workers) but the management is so unmerciful to them; they overworked them without break or food/water, and the team is way short staffed. How could you possibly commit to shipping a villa stuff in 2 days when you only send 3 guys to do it!!?? management just didn't care about our complaints! me and my wife worked as hard with the guys to help in any way we can, and we're not supposed to do it when we paid so much money for the move. Even with our big help, the job took 3 days, when the contract commitment was 2 days!!! Yet, the manager (Ciella) yelled and yelled at me on the phone (that's after so many times of ignoring my calls!! i.e. when she returned the call she was so frantic and instead of managing the situation with leadership she put the pressure back on us! I have invited her so many times to come and see the situation on the ground; she declined, stating that she doesn't have a car! I even offered her to take a taxi on my account, but she never made the trip. She even threatened to hold my container at the port! can you believe it?? The other guy, Kristian, who was very courteous until the cheque was collected never picked up my calls until this moment! I'm really disappointed at the level of service offered in this experience. The only thing good about it is the hardworking workers who really deserve every bit of respect and promotion...I guarantee you they will leave soon if this kind of management attitude prevails.
Quite frankly, I'm not looking forward to the other leg of this mission (the one in the US when the shipment arrives, and I really hope you will prove me wrong!!)
Guys: I had other quotes but I elected to use you for this job but unfortunately the quality of service I got was extremely substandard. There's really nothing 'global' about this quality of work...a global thinking company is expected to have a much higher standard of quality to their customers. I'm a client who paid a lot of money for this job but got nothing in return except humilation and disrespect. You really need to take a hard look at the management team in Dubai and make serious changes that will rectify a lot of mediocre performance and preserve the image of your company for future potential business. This is my honest feedback and advice to you folks and I really wish you will take it into account. I'm ready and willing to elaborate on this feedback in much more detail if you so desire and in any form you like. I got nothing to hide!!

Unreliable, limited contact by moving companies

I was extremely disappointed in the response I received from the moving companies that I was supposed to receive contact from. When I contacted Intlmovers.com I was informed that I would receive contact and quotes from about 6 moving companies however I have only received contact from 2 companies and only 1 quote from them. Now it looks as though I will have to chase up more companies by myself as I can't rely on Intlmovers.com for assistance.

Very Disappointed!

Commitment and Professionalism needs to be improved a lot

Despite of giving me a promise of timely delivery, Delivery was late by 7 days. That too we have to go to the airport to convince the officer and then only somehow our cargo was released. Packing team also did blunders. in the "TOYS" box there was a printer and unfortunately this box only was opened first at the Airport and we had a tough time explaining custom officer at the airport. This was a complete MESS. After paying such a huge money compared to market, service we got was worst. I can not recommend this one to any of my friends or even enemy.
You guys need to improve a lot or reduce your prices to 1/10th similar to services.

I found this website very useful

I found this website to be useful, easy to use and effective. I found at least 3 different moving companies that I contacted for quotes. I would use this service again.

Nice Sales people but wasteful packing that left a bad taste in my mouth!

The people on the phone were great and everything went to plan with the timings. What really frustrated me was when I came to unpack my belongings and found enough tissue paper to sink a ship. Every box had a wedge of tissue paper on the bottom even if there was no reason for it. A box full of clothes had tissue paper in the bottom and top. They wrapped cables, shoes, toy boxes. It was wasteful and simply done to make more money in shipping. I would make sure you watch them pack your belongings

Excellent service from start to finish

The Irish end was handled superbly and the removal lads couldn't have been more helpful. We only shipped half a container so it took a little longer to reach Brisbane than we thought but no longer than we were advised. Wridgways in Btisbane were superb. Our account handler Ursula was super efficient and helpful. They also have helped us with moving goods to Cairns for a very reasonable cost. They handled all interaction with customs and we were not required to travel to Brisbane which we had expected to do.

Very good webside but the response from the companies proposes is weak

During my request to 6 companies I had the results as below mentioned:

1. The most reliable company is GOSSELIN MOVING NV, because they response immediatelly, they also fix an appointment for pre-servey and they send their offer by e-mail on time.
2. Reliable company is also PUTTERS INTERNATIONL, because they response immediatelly, they also fix an appointment for pre-servey but they NEVER sent their offer even a negative answer so they delay my procedures.
3. The company Pearson Home Moving response after 2 days, but they refused to do a pre-servey requisting me to estimate the volume of my removal.
4. The companies:
a. Fast Forward Freight Belgium
b. Servaes Services
c. Compas International Movers
Didn't response to my request.

I received prompt, friendly and professional service and personal contact to explain the quote.

I was contacted by phone after my quote was emailed to me and the quote was explained to me and my specific needs were discussed. I appreciated the quick response and the follow-up call. As I asked to be sent the quote by email, I was not expecting a phone call, however, I now think it was important that I was contacted personally to discuss things. Of the 5 companies I contacted for a quote, only 2 called me to follow-up on their quotes. I would naturally choose these 2 companies to deal with over the other 3 even if the price was a little higher.

Quick responses

After a couple of hours the first moving company called me about my move from the Netherlands to Spain. Within two weeks I had an appointment with 3 moving companies who came over to my house to complete their quote. I think this service really saved me money on my move.

I am unsure as what to write for the quote is missing.

Should I recommend you? Hell no. I would rather go and have surgery. In a time that is stressful you dropped the ball. Customer service sucks in your place. No call back after MANY messages.
You should ship my two boxes for free. Oh. wait. Of course. My shipment is not big enough to bother.

One of the worst, ever!

Everytime I emailed, I either waited 5+ days for a response or never received one. In fact, Im on the latter now and its been over a week. Im astounded that I can reply to an email within minutes of receiving in order to get more information straight away but no one can return the same service or respect to me.
I understand I am not the only customer looking for quotes etc but I do feel I deserve more respect than what I received. In any case, most companies should do a follow up within 24-48hours. Im disappointed to say the least.
