Total scam

Total scam - I ordered 3 items - they are located in my city but local pick up is not available - according to their site this is due to "covid regulations" - of which there are none any more! My order was still "processing" days later. I emailed and got no response. A couple of days later I phoned and spoke to a guy who lied to me and said that the order had already been sent and he would correct the website error and update with tracking info. Nothing changed, no items arrived. It still says "processing" 3 weeks later. I put in a claim with my bank and had the payment refunded. I guess they hope that, due to the nature of the website, people will be too embarrassed to file complaints in order to be refunded. AVOID this
"company"!
