I ordered my dog food on the 28 Sep and after a number of emails to and from, I was informed that I would receive a refund. To date 6th Nov I still have not received it.

Prize Winner
I was lucky enough to win a prize box in a recent competition from this lovely company. The communication was friendly, helpful and professional. I chose the plush toy selection as I knew my dogs would prefer them. We weren’t disappointed! The strong and secure parcel arrived really quickly and the dogs were curious as to what was inside. Bella dived straight took a doughnut and the flamingo whilst Tia made a beeline for the green dinosaur. Bella soon came back for the flamingo and the toucan and finally settled on the giraffe and the duck which have become her favourites. The toys are well made, mostly squeaky (my choice!) colourful, strong and a very good size. I would definitely recommend this company for value and quality and will be returning for further purchases when needed!

Daisy-Mae loved this box of fun
Daisy-Mae loved this box of fun. It arrived in lovely packaging with tissue paper & little card, the personal touch I'd say, well done for that. There's a few options to choose from on their website & I chose the the pick & mix option. There were a couple of plush toys, dinosaur & flamingo.
A pig & crocodile both in a hard plastic, a food bowl & pkt Jumbones.
The plush toys are great fun for her. They squeak & she can shake to her hearts content. The pig & croc however are not a good choice for Jack Russell Terriers. The pic lasted a couple of minutes & the croc wasn't too far behind. She did however enjoy destroying them so gor her it was fun. To me i'm still finding pink & green bits wherever I go! The food bowl is nice colour & anti-slip. She loves it cause she now has a 'big girl bowl like Stewies metal one. Jumbones speak for themselves. I would advise if you gave a chewer make sure you order what is best for your breed & possibly look more towards the rope toys (I will next time). Hope this review helps you.
'In The Dog House' is a small business & now especially we need to support these. I recommend them, but you need to buy for your breed, your the only one who knows how much pressure your dogs jaw has. Stay safe 🌼

In response to your comments we have taken the following actions.
- On our 'Our Toys' page, we've given a reminder to customers (at the bottom of the page) about understanding their dog and making sure they order the correct product for their dog's individual behaviour: https://www.inthedoghouse.shop/our-toys
- We've looked into our product range and have already placed orders with our suppliers to expand our collection of tough ropes. These will be on our website shortly. We're currently sourcing a wider variety of plush and stronger toys too.
- We've added a different size bowl at 5.5" for smaller dogs so we will soon offer two sizes. We're also looking at the wider Pedigree® range to see if we can offer a wider selection of these fantastic dog treats.
As always we really appreciate feedback and we will use it to improve our business. We're glad that Daisy-Mae has enjoyed her Gift Box! 🎁
