My wife bought some Nordica HF ski boots from an Intersport shop in Schladming but found them too narrow in the foot after a couple of days skiing so we called into the Intersport shop in Wagrain where we found the staff extremely helpful and patient in trying to find a boot just right in the foot width and not too tight on the shin.
She now has a new pair of Atomic ski boots which fit perfectly having traded in the Nordicas which basically only cost us a couple of days rental to swap over.

At the intersport in the center of Lech, it is probably the best experience of ski rental ever. Each time you come to leave your skis in the rental place for the night, they take of your boots (tomo does that) and do everything for you. One of the staff “tomo” who we have known for 2 years or so is the most helpful, nicest and just so friendly. I mean he tries so hard to get good reviews and is just fantastic. I broke my skis and he was being so nice about it, he went to all the effort. Thank you tomo!
I lost my poles and he didn’t get angry I promise you he is the n.1 best staff in all of intersport in the world.

Shameful service from the manager, Markus Gleichauf. He refused to replace or refund expensive walking shoes bought from Intersport that failed after one weeks use.

Instead, he insisted he was doing me a favour by returning the shoes to the manufacturer, Lowa, for repair with a 4 week lead time.

Choose wisely because they won't give you back your cash spent on their overpriced products when you return them, but only a voucher when the last thing you want is to spend more in this lousy store

Rented from Intersport Lech. Staff were super helpful and gave great advice. Offered some different options for me to try during the week. I bought some new skis from them at the end of the rental period. Friendly, knowledgable, first class service. A credit to Intersport.
