I previously made a review on InterServer about the ASP.NET hosting, and I have better (kinda) opinions as customer for an ASP.NET hosting, the hosting itself is good for its price, but there's some details that I'm sure that it's crucial for some projets, I had everything configured correctly (and with the help from support), but I noticed that I see some downtimes each day, sometimes it takes 5 minutes, others takes up to 15 minutes (as far as I remember), one star taken.

Another thing is that to update the project to the hosting, I need to manually turn off the pool, and the upload times (not sure if it's the hosting or Visual Studio) takes some time, it needs at least 3 minutes to upload it, and this may be bad when you have to turn off the pool to upload it (because in my case, if I didn't turn off the pool it gives me an error), another star taken.

If InterServer can fix these issues of constantly getting small but lots of downtimes and be able to upload the application without turning the pool off, I may keep using it.

NOTE: I stopped using it on October 6th, 2025, as I'm really looking to use a hosting that works without issues, I had faith and trust in InterServer, but these problems, even if it's small problems, are important because they significantly affect for the projects I'm working on, plus, I also spend some for the pre-paid funds to keep the project running, but I just feel like it's not worth it and got like $123 unused funds/prepay.

Interserver.net are a exceptional infrastructure provider.

Highly competitive pricing & zero issues/downtime, aside from well notified short upgrade windows.

Tested across a 5 fleet on a 9 month test, plenty of useful ISOs allow out of band out of service edits.

Mid term node upgrades are easy to arrange & happen fast under a provider manager upgrade.

My only choice for cloud infra these days.

The availability of ready official who are there to help, immediate response and they are understanding

I've been an Interserver customer since March 2019, and overall, my experience has been very positive.
The server performance has been great, consistently delivering reliable service. While ticket support can take a little time to respond, the team is always nice and very helpful once they do get back to you. However, the phone support answers quickly and efficiently.
Resizing my server was a simple process. A notable highlight was when they recently helped me move my VPS between datacenters and ensured my legacy multi-year billing plan remained intact. They clearly prioritize their long-term customers.
Interserver offers solid performance and dedicated support that goes the extra mile.

The onboarding experience was not smooth.

It has hard to be able to login via ssh to my server within minutes of buying. I'm used to top server providers which allow me to set password etc without contacting support.

This service heavily relies on contacting support so you are waiting a lot to access your purchase.

After testing a few options, we decided to not go with InterServer due to a rough onboarding experience.

Had a minor problem with a closed port. Opened a ticket with Prak and he had the matter resolved within 30 minutes. What more can a subscriber ask for?

The tech team realized I needed help in renewing my free SSL because I’m not as knowledgeable as I should be for someone who has a VPS. I used to have a php consultant who could help me but he’s no longer available and I had to move for medical reasons and felt I was in deep trouble… but the Interserver tech support team quickly responded and saved me a lot of frustration and grief. I have been a client since early 2018. They are far superior to the prior two companies that I had used even though not as well known. My site is always running fast, the people care about clients, and I just want to say I’m very glad I’m an Interserver client.

For several years, I had changed hosting service roughly every 8 months due to poor service and support. Then, I found InterServer! That was five years ago, and I'm still there. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Anzif responded to our support request in a timely manner and discovered that our database had mushroomed in size, causing the server to shutdown. They investigated further finding the source of problem and took steps to address the problem going forward to prevent it from reoccurring.

Interserver tech support is one of the best I have experienced as a website host provider. Tech savy Indians hard at work 24/7.

Do not use, terrible support with no SLA. Data center outage today for 10+ hours. Lost so much business as a result. Go elsewhere where they actually have redundancy.

The software I asked to load did not load and I received full help after writing to technical support.
