I like that they focus on doing one thing well: keeping files private. It doesn't seem like my information is being used for anything else.

I think they have a great potential to be successful if they improve customer service and reply to emails from us. I have bought 5TB lifelong plan and after setting up 2FA I am not able to login anymore. I have sent repeated emails but I have not received any reply to my request to reset my password. Even reset password is also not working. This is setting up the bad example for future customers. I am willing to change my review if they provide me support and help me resolve my issue.

Dear all,
• since January 1st I have an Internxt account and since then backuped my devices to the Internxt storage (5TB life long).
• Right now the backup doesn’t work any more – I can’t start it manually, there are no folders for backup selected AND I CAN’T SELECT ANY.
• The last added files are from July 2025

Pls. check my account and release the backup function asap – thanks a lot

Thank you for reaching out. Backups are no longer available under the legacy lifetime plans. As part of a major infrastructure upgrade, we had to restructure our services to ensure better performance, scalability, and long-term reliability. Because of these technical changes, backups could not be maintained under the old plans infrastructure.

If you’d like to use backups, this functionality is now included in our new lifetime plans (Essential, Premium, Ultimate), which also unlock additional features such as Antivirus, VPN, and upcoming features such as System Cleaner, Meet and Mail.

You can upgrade with a special discount here: ... additional storage from a new lifetime plan would be stacked on top of your current one, and you’d gain access to all the new features.

However, please bear in mind that your existing plan remains active and secure for storage, so you can continue using it without issues if you don’t wish to upgrade.

I was not aware that RCLONE only works with Ultimate Plan (5TB)
Bought only the 3TB lifetime Plan.
Reached out to suppirt ang got the money back within the 30day guarantee and bought the 5TB Lifetime Plan as mentioned.

Initially their product seemed to work as advertised, but there were some problems when the company temporarily limited access to major selling point features (rclone & webdav) for some existing users in late 2025. However starting in early 2026 they were much more responsive in their customer support channels via email and reddit. They have addressed these concerns and I am now a much happier customer. Transfer speeds have improved as well!

Their customer service is improved recently and I am happy with my purchase.

I can quickly upload, organized, and files without having to search through menus or settings.

Great Service, very quick response and excellent solution. Honestly I never experienced such a good service from am IT provider before.

The app is a joke. Can't auto sync or sync existing folders.
They are years after the competition.

I tried to share docs with someone and they could not get to them no matter what they tried. Not sure what the problem was. Also, right now you have a limit of 5 people to be on a video call. That is a crazy small number. Are you planning to increase that? Otherwise, this part of your system is not worth much. At least 100 should be allowed if you want companies to use this.

Oodles of private, secure space. Great support service. Definite value for money.

Nothing worked. Customer Service not existing! Zero response.

Application is problematic. Data transfer could get too slow.

I was promised that rclone access will be available for my lifetime subscription and solve my problems when I still could request a refund.
Now I would have to pay extra.
They even removed services to which I had access and only reinstalled it after a public outcry at reddit.

Additional:
Default Cookie setting enables tracking by Facebook (while accessing the web drive) and many other US companies. A privacy nightmare and everything but "privacy by default" (known since 2022, see github . com / internxt / drive-web /issues / 384 )

Do yourself a favour and stay away. As far as you can.

It's a shame I can't use rclone with my subscription....

I like having a choice bedside the big-name companies. It feels good to back a platform that wants to do things differently, especially when it comes to keeping user data safe.

I though it would be harder to set everything up than it was. I didn't have to think about it again once it was up and running, which is exactly what I want from cloud storage.

Great customer service. Team was able to resolve the issue.
