Superb customer support

Excellent web hosting service and superb customer support!

The support is super responsive and all the queries are answered almost immediately. They helped me with all the technical issues I had.

Unlimited Website Hosting, free SSL certificate and great performance. My website runs stable and fast.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with this company!

The Support team is excellent

The Support team is excellent. They are very helpful to sort out any technical issues I face with my Domain setup and Hosting in WordPress. Their prices are also very cheap and excellent quality of Service and Products. They helped me in Hosting my domain and install SSL and WordPress.

Unacceptable customer service. Inadequate platform

Unacceptable customer service.

I was trying for over a month to transfer some domains without any success.
I had an AppSumo plan and when the two-month period to withdraw passed, they couldn't understand my inquiries.
I lost my money out of nothing.

As for the platform, the cpanel is primitive.

I do not recommend it at all.

I have only 5 domains.
The basic working site that I had been striving for months to move to your server, I left it a year ago to Mochahost (where I could have the rest of the domains as I have unlimited domains, emails and storage) because they have real customer support service. I tried to migrate to your host before my subscription ended, but you often didn't understand my English.

I have lost my money for a service I have never used.
I took this offer from Appsumo hoping that I will save from future expenditures.

I was wrong, and I lost €150 or something like that.

As for your "kind" move not to block me, I am really stunned. How would you do that? Because I gave you my sincere review?

You can give me my money back, and then you can "block" me. Be my guest.

I do not recommend this service at all.

UPDATE. I have parked a couple of sites that I haven't updated them at all. I can share the communication if you wish. SHAME ON YOU THAT YOU ACCUSE ME OF FAKE REVIEWS.

This review is not reflecting the reality.
You are using our platform for almost 2 years (from December 2021) and you have hosted about 10 websites on our platform.
You have opened 8 tickets for support and we have replied and assisted you to all of them.

I have verified your account and I can see that my colleagues advised you how to setup the nameservers.
As we have explained on the support ticket to use our platform you need to setup our nameservers for your domains or to setup our IP ( to create an A record).

Regarding your emails, as we have proved all your emails was working fine when you are using our webmail so there is not any issue, as you have said you have issues when you use winmail which is a 3rd party software.

As you know we don't manage and don't have access to any 3rd party system used by you or any other client, so fix any issue on winmail you need to verify your own settings on that system or to ask for assistance the winmail support team.

Instead to verify your own settings or to ask the other side for support to fix your issues with winmail, you have chosen to post a 1*review for something which is not related to our service or support!

As you can see even if you rated us 1* for your issue which you have with a 3rd party system we didn't locked or suspended your hosting account and and you can use the service as normal.

As you know, when you need any assistance you can open a support ticket and we will help you as always.

UPDATE 29/11/2023: YOU HAVE USED THE SERVICE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS (FROM DECEMBER 2021) WITH NO ISSUES AND NOW YOU TRY TO FIND A FAKE REASON TO MAKE COMPLAINS AND TO ASK FOR REFUND. SORRY BUT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Internnic has very good customer service team that will support you if you have any issues

Internnic sold me a sales tracking software called wanalytics. This is a good software that allows you to view the sales journey of your customers on your website. While the wanalytics software was good, it is the outstanding customer service that I received from Internnic team that really stood out for me. Because I had some problems activating the wanalytics software but Dmitry from Internnic was really helpful in helping me to resolve this issue. You can't go wrong buying from Internnic.
