I saw a pair of frames that I had been trying to find for five years on internetspecs.co.uk. Although I live in the United States, I am British and when I phoned the contact number and left a message, I didn't expect to get such a prompt reply! These guys really care about what they do. I have a big head and struggle to find a frame large enough to fit it. Did a google search after finding the frame, and came across these guys.

With the frames being big, it gave them challenges getting the lenses to fit perfectly in the frame with coating choices. The first set of lenses came back from the manufacturer, and they weren't happy with the way they looked, so ordered a new set of lenses for me. This level of service is unusual for such a cost effective opticians. 5 stars from me.

Everything was exactly what you’d expect, at a fast pace, and at a great price. I got the glasses I wanted, with Rx lenses, quickly shipped all the way to the USA. What more can you ask for than a company that does what they say they will and delivers what they promise?
