They cheat the customer. In 'term and conditions' they don't give the very clear words. I sign up the service and very next day send them to cancel it. Customer services replied that you have no right to cancel it until next year. so I need to pay for the service for a year even I don't use it. I would not recommend to use their services.
Great customer service provided by service manager (Lovisa Waller). She is such a professional yet a friendly person, her swift and prompt replies to my many many questions are truly impressive. The missing star is for the company prices that need to be reviewed considering having other players in the market now with much more competitive prices. Thank you again Lovisa, you truly make internet.se shine and sparkle.
