After a bad experience with another online retailer I bought and paid for £100 of LED downlights from Internet Electrical.
I then discovered that I'd ordered the wrong ones. A single email was all it took to arrange a return and the money was back in my account 8 days after it had left.
I consider this excellent service.

I recently sent an evening email to Internet Electrical regarding a fault that arose on an extractor fan I purchased in 2023. I received a response the next morning saying that a replacement had been dispatched, which included a label to return my old fan f.o.c. The replacement arrived that same day. From sending my email to receiving the replacement, took around 13 hours in total. I was gobsmacked. Why can't all companies treat customers this way!

I purchased 4 storage heaters from internet electrical and from start to finish it was a flawless experience. Friendly helpful assistance over the phone and delivery at the time stated with regular updates. If only all UK companies were the same, I can only dream… Thank you Internet Electrical!

Excellent customer service and goods delivered quickly and efficiently. I had to return an item that was too big, and swap out for a smaller one. The whole process was well organised and my refund processed very quickly. Excellent company to deal with and very helpful staff.

I could not be more delighted with the incredible customer service received from Internet Electrical. I dealt with Courtney who was friendly, helpful and communicated fantastically from order through to just after delivery. I needed some items at very short notice and Courtney went above and beyond to ensure that delivery happened within the time scales required.
Receiving such genuine and authentic customer service seems to be rare these days, but this company and certainly Courtney, could not have done more to prove that customer service is clearly at the top of their priority list. I am very grateful and would certainly recommend doing business with this company.

I just placed an order as I'd found the range of products and prices very good, there was an issue with one of the items and Courtney rang me to get this resolved - she was very helpful and efficient and the personal touch is something often lacking these days, so will definitely use Internet Electrical again and would strongly recommend them to others

I judge an online seller not so much by the product they deliver, which will usually be manufactured by a third party, but how the seller addresses problems with the product (faulty goods etc) or its delivery. Based on a recent purchase, where, somewhere in the delivery supply chain, the delivery company had failed to properly pallet pack the goods, or keep the pallet out of rain, and the product was both rain damaged and mishandled (the local delivery by Gifford Transport, Melksham, arriving with a pallet placed on top of my clearly labelled ‘Fragile’ wrapped pallet, and clumsily removed by the driver).
So, I contacted Internet Electricals, and could not have had the issue better addressed than it was by Anni in Customer Services. Having seen photos of the delivered pallet and content she immediately said she would arrange for a replacement to be sent. Anni then kept in regular contact regarding delivery, both by phone and email. The issue could not have been better addressed, and I hope that Internet Electricals appreciates that it is staff like Anni who are responsible for buyers like me returning to the company.
Having looked at several Trustpilot reviews before my purchase, I noticed that Anni’s name pops up on several reviews, always with positive comment. What a great asset for the company she must be. Give her a rise, IE bosses!
I’ll be using IE again as opportunities arise. Probably the best customer services I have come across. Thank you IE and, especially, thank you Anni.

Internet Electrical have been Excellent to deal with . I live on an island and the items were delivered within a week so recommend internet Electrical Great guys, Communication was excellent i was kept updated on delivery etc.

I recently placed an order where the light that I ordered was out of stock. It also turned out that the manufacturer had discontinued the product.
Anni went above and beyond to source the light from an alternative supplier and complete my order, keeping my customer happy. Will definitely be using again for future electrical projects
