The length of our program is intentional: it is structured to mirror how professional traders are trained inside banks, funds, and institutional environments. Developing a robust trading process, deep multi-asset knowledge, risk discipline, and psychological resilience simply takes time, practice, feedback, and iteration. Compressing that into a single year would compromise the depth, coaching, live market experience, and individualized strategy development that make the transformation possible.

Moreover, we designed the program to be part-time, flexible, and compatible with work schedules, so students can apply what they learn in real time and mature their strategy under guidance across different market conditions. This long-arc learning model is one of the reasons intermediate traders see the greatest result - it creates genuine, lasting evolution rather than a short-term boost.
