I recently travelled to Turkey International Plus for dental treatment, from start to finish the service was outstanding.
From the very first moment I contacted Lora my medical advisor, she was incredibly helpful and supportive. She explained everything clearly, from the airport transfer to the hotel arrangements and clinic appointments, which immediately made me feel more relaxed about the whole process. I told her how nervous I was about having dental treatment abroad, but she reassured me to leave everything to the professionals at the clinic.
When I arrived for my first appointment, my translator sena was waiting for me because Lora had already informed her that I was feeling nervous. Sena truly went above and beyond throughout my entire journey. She stayed by my side during every appointment, constantly reassuring me and making sure I felt comfortable and cared for. One thing she said that really stayed with me was how nice it was to finally see me smiling again, as I had lost confidence in my smile before getting my new teeth.
My dentist Dr. Izzet , was amazing from day one. He continually reassured me throughout the treatment and always checked to make sure I was okay. He paid incredible attention to detail and made sure my new teeth were perfect.
I also want to thank the aftercare specialist Steve , who has stayed in contact with me daily since my treatment. He explained all the aftercare information clearly and reassured me that if I need anything or experience any problems, I can contact him anytime and he will be there to help.
I highly recommend for their 5-star service, professionalism, care, and support. The whole team has been brilliant from start to finish, and I cannot thank them enough for giving me my smile and confidence back.

I hope this review warns people about this clinic. I live in London and in August I went to this clinic to get three crowns, an implant, a bridge, and a filling. To this day, they're not the right size, and the filling had to be redone when I returned in December. I asked for a new one and for new crowns because the ones they put on weren't the right size. They ignored me, but then asked me for money to redo the one they did wrong and another one next to it that they also claimed was wrong. After arguing, I only paid for the one that was wrong. I had also asked them to repair the bridge because I had a lot of sensitivity due to excessive filing of my molars. They also removed a root canal, which they wanted to charge me for. I also asked them to fix my bite around the implants because they were wrong, but they ignored me. I went for five days and spent two waiting in a hotel for them to finish the work, which they didn't. A month later, the second filling came loose, causing wounds on my gums and inflammation. I complained about all of this, and they gave me the runaround. Finally, they agreed to repair what they had done. I returned in May and they told me the crowns were fine, but the sensitivity was due to poor hygiene or that it was from before (just excuses). They said the filling needed to be replaced with a crown, but of course, I had to pay again. That's when I said enough was enough and asked for a complaint form. They gave me a blank sheet of paper, and when I told them that wasn't acceptable, they refused to give me anything. I asked the business next door to call the police, who then called representatives from the clinic. They arrived, and we argued again. They only agreed to put the crown on and adjust my bite, and I would have to pay again to have a canal removed for the sensitivity they had caused. I must admit that the manager, the new translators, and the new doctor who attended to me this last time were very kind and attentive. The problem is that the doctors and translators, especially the one who initially treated me, work on commission and do all sorts of tricks to create problems and get paid again. I suffered terribly, both physically and psychologically, and I pray this botched job lasts only a short time so I can save up to get it done in Spain, which is more cost-effective and better done. They'll probably tell me they tried their best to help, or that I had the problem before, or that I caused it through my hygiene. They're only interested in getting paid, not your health.

An excellent example of Professionalism, customer service is outstanding, pick up from hotel to hospital and Wow what a fabulous hospital, the staff through to the Dentist are so courteous and professional. It was a wonderful experience. I am going back in 3 months to finish my treatment. I will certainly recommend International plus to my friends in the UK.

I chose this clinic, but until my arrival and first visit, I still had some doubts. Now that I’ve completed the first stage, I can confidently say it was the best decision. Wonderful and highly professional staff — from the drivers, assistants, and receptionists to the dentists. I 100% recommend it; you definitely won’t make a mistake choosing this clinic.

Great clinic, absolutely profesional

The services were excellent. However the duration of the 2 nd visit was communicated 8 days but took 10 days.

The surgery was quick and I was able to do small and normal things on my 3rd opst op day, i am very happy with the result so far

I do not recommend this clinic. I had two combined surgeries there and unfortunately the entire experience was very traumatic – I even left the consultation in tears.
The problems started with poor organization. Despite prior agreements, my surgery was delayed by several days without any explanation. After the operation, there was no contact provided in case of complications, and the transport was very poorly organized. I had to wait up to 2 hours in a public hospital waiting area while in pain and right after surgery.
Before my second operation, my blood test results were approved, but upon arrival I was suddenly told they were “bad” and I had to pay extra for a blood transfusion. I had sent recent results and I am a young, healthy person – I honestly believe the doctor never reviewed them.
Corrections that were supposed to be free turned out to be paid, and I was blamed for the poor results. I was told that gaining 0.5 kg caused issues like “dog ears” and bad liposuction results, even though I was only 6 months post-op and still healing.
The final results are very disappointing. I have deformed inner thighs, nipples placed too high, uneven results, and visible asymmetry. Instead of taking responsibility, the clinic keeps offering more expensive corrections.
I am not the only one with such an experience.
