I've used it for 3 years, ordered for another 3
I've used this International Driver's license for 3 years already. I've booked countless car rentals with it throughout Europe, and it has never given me any issues.
My 3 years was up so I went to renew it. They had a deal to add a second person, for which Jerald helped me. He was quick and professional.
Previously I also received a hard copy to my mail. Hopefully this time I will also get it in time and there won't be an issues :)

Excellent customer service and fast shipping ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I applied for an International Driving Permit through International Drivers Association on December 17, 2025, and I was very satisfied with the service. The shipping was incredibly fast, which was essential because I was leaving for a trip to New York on December 27.
A few months later, I realized that I had been charged twice, probably due to a mistake on my part. Even though more than six months had passed, I contacted customer support through the live chat, and they handled my case professionally by promptly refunding the extra charge.
A special thank you to Shella, who resolved the issue quickly, courteously, and professionally. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend them!

The Chat is very helpful
Shella helped me through the process and made sure everything was in order. I was able to check a digital copy of the IDP before having the physical copy mailed. I also used AI to make sure that the country I will be visiting accepts this company and was assured it will be accepted.
