I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my mother received at the international dental hospital. From the moment we stepped in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. A special mention goes to Ghokan, who went above and beyond in translating and assisting us throughout the entire process. Dr Suleyman and Dr Ali's professionalism and kindness made a world of difference, ensuring that my mother felt comfortable and well-informed at every step. The expertise of the dental team and the outstanding support provided by Ghokan truly made this experience outstanding. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking dental care

The staff go above and beyond, the care/compassion these staff have is 5*, they are very much perfectionist with an eye for fine detail.

My review is based on my own experience of this clinic and is my opinion based on what happened to me.
My advice would be to avoid this place at any cost.
Firstly, after 3 hours of surgery under a general anaesthetic, i was left in a room to come round on my own, i wasnt monitored, I had to get up when I could barely walk and shout and bang on the door to get someones attention. I was terrified as I was alone in a foreign country, in complete agony, and I honestly thought everyone had gone as it took so long for someone to come. In my opinion this is dangerous practice as I could have choked on my own vomit or fallen. i was in a very bad way and IDH seemed to care very little. I was told this shouldnt have happened but never got a proper apology.
After I got back to UK, bone graft leaked out through my gum, i was in absolute agony, this got infected and IDH appeared uncaring and unhelpful. I have often been completely ignored by them. The temp teeth I was fitted with were terrible with sharp edges and I was in constant discomfort for 5 months and had to put brace wax in them to stop them cutting my mouth, again, IDH just didnt seem to care. I found them to be cold, unempathetic people who treated me badly.
I was so scared to return there i had to go somewhere else to finish my treatment. I now have teeth and have been advised IDH messed up an area of the bone graft, which i knew as it wasnt healing so well and the new clinic could only do their best. I sadly can't be sure if permanent damage has been done as the bone grafts aren't quite right. I have advised IDH all the way of the issues and they havent even answered me half the time. They wont admit they have made mistakes even though I have had a conversation with their rep where she has admitted this.
I trusted these people and they left me in a really bad way and didnt seem to care at all.
They even offered a partial refund at one point and then went back on this. IDH carried out poor care towards me and if you dare to complain, in my case, they treat you even more badly.
DO NOT GO HERE. This is an honest account of what has happened to me and my comments are an account of my own experience and opinion.

I have advised IDH and Mr Suleyman of everything I have stated, they stand by everything they did!! Mr Suleyman wasn't present for my treatment and it was done by a less senior person.
I also have photos amd screenshots that prove what I am saying and have provided these on other reviews if people would like to see this if, they are in any doubt I am being honest.

My reviews have now been taken down on other review sites, trust pilot are the only site who allow honest reviews. Exactly the same wording as this review, but removed, I wonder why!
