Great comfortable shoes
Great comfortable shoes, amazing customisation options and easy straightforward returns for stock models. Their factory shop is good too for trying on before purchasing. Particularly recommend their Roxy air mesh ballroom practice shoes as it's the perfect compromise for comfort and keeping the same heel height and weight position, can dance for hours in these!

Amazing experience, good quality, fast delivery. This model looks amazing on my feet. There’s everything you need inside the box, so you’ll have a nice bag for your shoes and return form in case you need to exchange. Look great. Fit, terrible.
The shoes look lovely but neither pair fit and both pairs are supposed to be a 5.5 but they are significantly different in size from on another. I’ve been a size 5.5 for almost 40 years - neither pair fit. The sandle shape my toes are put over the end of the shoes and the gorgeous lace ups, I can only get my feet in with pain (it is not a case of ‘wearing them in’. They are the wrong size. Really disappointed as I had been so much looking forward to them. Look, great! Fit, terrible!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we're sad to hear that your shoes didn't fit.
Notice that this was your first order with us and some brands do differ a little in terms of sizing which can be frustrating.
The Mia T-Bar shoes are returnable, so if you did want to exchange these for a bigger size it's no problem at all (just return using the returns form supplied). Sadly the Roxy shoe is bespoke though but we might be able to stretch these (should you want to send them with the Mia T-Bar shoes).

Thanks for taking the time to review us. Sadly, shipping costs are very expensive nowadays and we continue to try to keep them as low as we can.
About taxes - you no longer pay VAT to us - it is paid at the rate in your country on arrival. It might seem as an 'added cost' however, as the UK is no longer part of the EU, you pay less to us nowadays as you don't pay us the VAT.
