If I could give no stars I would. Terrible communication. VERY inaccurate and misleading deliver dates. Cancelled my order. Confirmed cancellation and they still delivered our furniture. And no communication/ responses. Still.
The new favorite of my house! The combination of that warm texture of the wood and modern lines caught exactly the air I wanted. When combined with both very functional and decorative objects, it turned into a full design corner. Minimalist details and quality really reveal themselves
These people took our money and never delivered our products and wont refund our money,and now reviews are posted about them they reached out to act like they are trying to resolve the issue and still will not refund the money or deliver the products. Never buy anything from this place please everyone learn from my mistake in life this place is definitely a SCAM
Do not trust the Google Top Quality Store badge or positive reviews! I ordered a chair back in early August with a late-August delivery timeline stated on the website. Late-August came and went, and I was consistently given the runaround by Interior Tonic support about when it would be delivered. A few weeks ago they said it would be delivered in mid-October. I have followed up and not heard back in weeks, and their customer service phone line is now disconnected. I plan on opening a dispute with my credit card company.
Please don't be like me and fall for the good reviews, the recent reports on trust pilot should be believed!

BEWARE. I placed and paid for an order but did not receive the item. Despite following up over several months, the order was not delivered, which resulted in a significant amount of wasted time and inconvenience.
Based on my experience, I would urge prospective customers to exercise caution and look elsewhere.
I also note that some products appear similar in design to those of well-known brands. I encourage the company to clarify the status of any relevant licensing arrangements.
Following my 1-star review, I received emails that I perceived as threatening in tone, rather than an attempt to resolve the matter directly. In my view, this was disappointing and not reflective of the level of customer service I would have expected.

BEWARE when buying from this company! We ordered two vanities 18 months ago (still being marketed as available on their site). Phone numbers disconnected, customer service offering airbill to take down our emails showing their delay and lies. April 2024 purchase and still no refund or communication. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Update: 4.9.26 - Still no communication and we have since sold the home. Having to pursue small claims court to enforce reimbursement request. They are poop! Just sayin
I purchased 6 chairs that stated online that they would be shipped in 2-3 days. Upon communicating with the company they let me know they were on back order for one month… ok, that’s fine I understand. Here we are nearly 3 months later, no chairs, they have stopped responding to emails, voicemails, texts, nothing. Currently disputing the charge with my bank. Don’t trust the previous reviews, I wish I wouldn’t have.
Be cautious, the delivery date stated on their site for an item is not guaranteed and customer service is tricky to get a resolution. They do not honor the delivery date noted nor will they notify this to the buyer. I ordered a table on 1/6, with a expected delivery date of 1/9. After a week, no table. I reached out to them with repeated attempts (via phone (no answer) via Whatsapp (no resolution) to get a delivery status or where shipment was currently at or originated from. No replies. I then requested a refund and they stated no refund until they can confirm with their warehouse that item is not currently in transit. The question is, what is the competence level of a business when they cannot even confirm internally if a shipment was made after two weeks? After three weeks with no status update, I initiated a cc chargeback. Vendor sent me an email same day (first response in over three weeks) that since I started a case, the refund will now take up to 60 days and is out of their control. Fortunately for the cc holder, your bank will temporarily issue a credit to your account and reach out to vendor on your behalf to investigate the case and come to a decision. It is your right to open a case due to non-delivery after 4 business days. Just make sure you upload all the email messages and receipts for your case. My account was permanently credited due to...you guessed it, a non-delivery. They may offer unique items at a decent price but BEWARE that delivery status and customer service is nonexistent, it simply is not worth the headache. There are hundreds of other merchants that deserve your business. HARD PASS on this vendor.
I have been buying furniture for years and I have never had such a bad experience with a supplier.
First, they were MONTHS late in delivery, but the worst thing is that ALL the elements have been breaking down.
Worse still is the lack of response to the guarantees, it seems that they are very used to this type of situation and they don't care.
They had what I was after and the website was easy to navigate
They have a great selection of unique and stylish furniture pieces. I ordered a coffee table and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I will definitely be back for more.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I ordered back in April and my order has never been received (it is now November). They blamed shipping, but were never able to provide a tracking number. They have disregarded requests for a refund. Very disappointing experience.
