Great product, poor communication
We ordered a table and some benches 10 weeks ago, website lead time quotes 2-3 weeks, and when we paid and the invoice came through it said 4-6 weeks - no matter, the goods looked like they were worth waiting for.
Towards the end of the 6 weeks I started trying to get in touch but nobody ever answers the phone, or responds to voicemails or emails using the details on their site.
I found a Facebook page: 'storminteriorsuk' which has links to a subtly different site (but I can't post the link here) so I tried to make contact using Facebook messenger and using the email and phone number on the other site, but to no avail.
At 7 weeks I raised a dispute with our credit card company, then our table and benches turned up the week after we'd had a refund (via chargeback). So I cancelled the chargeback.
Now, I have to say, we are super happy with what we have received but when all our calls and emails went unanswered, we seriously thought we had been scammed!
