5 star product and 5 star service. They offered a competitive price for a rather expensive carpet. And from placing the order through to delivery we had regular proactive updates keeping us posted about delivery dates. They even called me the day prior to reconfirm, and the driver then called me an hour before he was due to arrive. The carpet arrived in an Interiors by Sutton van, so they do their own deliveries which gave me a much better experience than if it had been farmed out to a courier company. Would highly recommend, thank you!

Customer service was excellent, very prompt replies to emails and they pulled out all the stops to get it to me as quickly as possible. The carpet is gorgeous.

Ordered carpet to be cut and made into a runner as well as other bits cut to size. They were helpful in checking my planned measurements and highlighted an issue with pattern matching I hadn’t noticed before it was cut which was great. One piece was cut to the wrong size but it was no problem and I only mention it to allow me to highlight that they recognised it when checking order before delivery and informed me and correct immediately so very pleased with service. Communicated well and happy with my final carpet. Would order from them again.

From the moment of first enquiry to fitting this company has been a dream to work with. The communication has been superb, and the attention to detail second to none. Amazing value for money on fairly tricky job. The guys stuck to timescales even if it meant working late to achieve our deadline. The carpet was fitted before our guests arrived and in time for Christmas. The carpet is a beautiful and quality product and the guys know their stuff around how to make the most of it and guided us on what tape would work best for the finishing touch. Excellent service nothing was too much even though we are located over an hour away from their base in Birmingham. We will be back in the future.

Ordering and payment was very straightforward and delivery was arranged very quickly within the requested time frame. Brilliant purchasing experience from Interiors by Sutton, a special thanks and shout out to Waz and Kash, who looked after us by giving us the best price for the premium carpet we were looking at, on top of this they made sure delivery was super quick. Everything arrived a couple of days after it arrived in their warehouse and was well packaged and protected. Half of the carpet got fitted today and it looks amazing, thanks so much highly recommended!

Great staff! called in and the staff was really helpful over the phone and met my delivery requirements. I ordered Seta at a great price and it look absolutely amazing once our fitter installed it. I will defiantly be using them again for our other rooms!
