Three chairs have broken within eight months of regular use.
We understand these things go through normal wear and tear however upon contacting the company nothing was done - I was told their 'warranty' doesn't cover marble, paint, leather, metal finish, fabric, fiberglass, foams, plywood, rugs, veneers, cushioning, and coating materials - so basically, none of the materials they actually sell. Meaning selling these chairs under warranty was plain false advertisement.
I've also asked for clarification on this and it has now been 15 days with no response.
To add to that, they have a phone number on their website which no one answers.

We have never received our order, nor the money for our refund, so do be careful when ordering from this company! We ordered 6 chairs 26/12/2021. 4 months later Interiorna contacted us and said the chairs would take another 6-8 weeks to deliver and asked if we wanted another colour option. We wanted to stick with our original order, so we waited. When trying to get an update we learn 2.5 months later that the chairs will take an additional 8-12 weeks to deliver. At this point we felt like this was a never ending story and asked for a refund, which Interiorna agreed to do. 2 months later, no refund was made. I've sent 8 emails after that and none with a response. I tried to contact them via Messenger, they responded once and no more after that. Have left 7 messages after that, of which 4 have been read. More than a year after the initial order, it feels really hopeless to get a happy ending to this story :(

I ordered and paid for Italian leather, but received vinyl. Also the vinyl is clearly damaged and can be seen as blemished from 3 meters away. I never got a detailed receipt (which is needed to dispute the purchase). Lastly it is not possible to mount the foot rest, there is no threads, no clamp, no snap-ring, no bushing, nothing. Same on both chairs… I have sent an email, facebook message, and also talked with their live-chat. Still no response 1 week later. The item has disappeared from their website, and advertising and was on the front page for 2 weeks. I will soon receive a tax bill for goods not received from customs to top it all off. This is a scam, and I recommend you do not buy anything from them. Don’t support these people they are dishonest and it is not possible to locate the physical business, I think the reviews are fake online. A proper shell business dumping cheap chinese garbage on unsuspecting victims.
