Constant communication and clear step by step support in navigating the process of our daughter getting in and going to university in Bulgaria. Interhecs have been amazing and incredibly helpful. Being from the UK it’s been a lot tricker with all the documents considering it’s no longer in the European Union - despite that Interhecs instructed everything clearly and smoothly. They were also incredibly understanding and patient for any mishaps with documents taking longer. They know a vast amount of information about the university all the way from starting the application towards actually being in university and helping specifically towards your own needs and requirement’s.
