They have no clues at what they are doing, asking for my tenants personal website or a proof of address from my tenants again for a building, I have provide notarized documents of ownership.
Honestly, they are fishy so I follow one rule: if when it's simple they fail when I will have a problem they won't be able to help.
By the way they asked for documents that I can't legally have and it doesn't matter finally they decided my company is too riskier for them well you know being a landlord is advanced fintech...

Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that you had a negative experience with our process, but please note that the documentation we asked for is a commonplace requirement. Our decision was based on all relevant regulations and internal considerations and although we wish we could always give happy notices, it is simply not possible.
