I placed on an order on April 30th, DS135614. I didn’t receive any text confirmation. I did call and email multiple times with no success at all, only to be charged on my card.
Update:
Apparently this site seems to be the way to reach customer service. Put your email in the order if you want to be able to track things is the trend I’m seeing.

Worst Customer Service
By far the worst experience I ever had when it comes to ordering something online . Their response time to your email is beyond unprofessional. Days later on just an update on an order that was placed almost 2 weeks ago . At this point either ship my order or give me my refund . Either way I’ll never order from this website again & I highly recommend others don’t either . People need to learn the importance of customer service when trying to run a successful business.

True definition of a SCAM!
Same thing is happening to me. I purchased on May 7, haven’t received any emails, texts or anything. Attempted to call several times but no answer. Did as you say and emailed your support team and still no response. Paid $90 extra for 2-day turnaround and this is the service?!?! I’ve never had such a bad experience with any company!

I will never use this company again. Items were ordered Apr 26th with the understanding that orders ship in six days.As of May 10th, there has been zero movement. When I contacted the company, they said it was too late to cancel the order or get a refund. Absolute garbage! I am expecting that the product will be trash as well!

I placed an order on May 2nd, haven't received a confirmation email or anything. My account was charged. Tried calling their number and it rang for 30 minutes before I hung up.
Update: package did arrive in a timely manner, product is good! I don't see any quality issues, the canvas feels good, the colors are very good. My original rating was because I had no way of tracking and was worried it was not legit, but in my case it was legit.

Just ordered a product from their website. No order/payment confirmation email, no text message confirmation - NOTHING received. I am unable to track my order. I need them to confirm and to allow me to track my order. The only way I can see my order number was that I was smart enough to snap a pic on the website as I paid for it.

I tried calling the 216 number online for support - no answer, no voicemail.
