Cancellation Policy
Your cancellation option is inaccessible. I was charged after trying multiple times to cancel. The tool is Intenta AI. I would like to know what the refund policy is because I cannot be charged R400 for a tool I only used once and paid the initial feel.

Non reliable. Gave it manually written text and it marked it as 67 percent AI. Dont rely on tools like this, it is completely ridiculous.

Not user friendly and a waste of money
I couldn't use, I wasn't able to log in, it kept telling me to purchase a plan, even though I had done so. Quite disappointing. Wasn't worth it.

This merchant is processing FRAUD
This merchant is processing unauthorized recurring charges. I have attempted to cancel and have emailed their support team multiple times, but they refuse to respond or stop the charges. The merchant is called “Intenta AI”. The other day, i intentionally left my money in my acc for them to deduct but then they returned the money back. And now today they keep charging me, can you help me to freeze the merchant for fraud attempt? I have contacted Maybank but nothing helps!!! Please help me!
