The only issues I had was the lack of local knowledge when booking the test centre, choosing area's that were impossible to get too and from using public transport (this was luckily ammended after I explained the situation) and it not being explained to me when being sold the course that the likelihood of me getting an instructor in my local area would be impossible.
Apart from that, the instructor they provided (Alan in Norwich) was amazing. Can thoroughly recommend him. Calm, chatty, very good at putting you at your ease. And genuinely happy for you when you pass. I hope this company continues to use him for as long as possible.

I only booked a 5 hour refresher course due to having already failed 4 tests and my allocated driving instructor, Daniel, was absolutely brilliant in ensuring we got everything covered in that short time. My past experience of driving instructors/companies had not been pleasant but Daniel made it extremely enjoyable and thorough at the same time! I passed with flying colours and could not be happier with the service I received. Would 100% recommend.

Booked with this company, it took me roughly over a month to do my theory, in which time they emailed only twice asking if I had done it and if they could book it for me, tip, don’t book through them it costs more.

After passing my theory and got in contact with the company to say I’d passed and that I couldn’t do my lessons in my hometown as I work away, maybe hoping they done the lessons there. They did not, as a “nice gesture” they said they’d move the lessons to the next town over which was still not near my work, or I’d have to cancel.

So I cancelled, as I’m unable to do them, I then inquired about my deposit, as I’ve paid 170 pounds for them to send me two emails asking if I’d sat my theory, they hadn’t looked for an instructor nor set anything up or even in principle as far as I’m aware, I wouldn’t know they never got in contact with me. Other than those 2 emails.

After them telling me I couldn’t get a refund as that’s policy which I understand I rightly in my opinion said that it wasn’t ok just to take money for doing no work, and said I’d be writing a review to show this. They then send an email back threading legal action if I spoke negatively about my experience.

If I were you I’d stay clear of this company, poor people management and petty threats as well as stealing your deposit for 0 work.

I hope they see this and I receive my legal action email, for my opinion.

Dealing with this company has caused me so much stress and has really taken a toll on my mental health. My biggest regret this year was doing business with them, I haven’t been able to do a test or get my money back, I’ve been scammed. This company is a waste of your time, money and resources. Their customer service is also appalling. Please look elsewhere. I had paid for an intensive driving test service and I never heard from them, wasn’t given an instructor or a test date and when I asked for a refund they said, despite not receiving a service.

I failed 2 times before but with intensive lessons and Instructor Richard from Adam School, I passed on my 1st time.

I recommend any who failed before for any reason to do intensive lessons and if you are in Taunton, go straight to Richard and to pass on your 1st time will be guaranteed

shockingly poor service and extremely unprofessional company, they dont use their own instructors and the one they provided was unresponsive and unreliable. the course was anything but intensive and the test had to be changed because the instructor was too busy to fit the lessons in. Awful customer service and a complete waste of money. AVOID!

By far very good value for money and the 5 hours of instruction was great it was on the 2 days before my test and the last hour was on way to the test centre so it helped a lot everything was fresh thank u 😀

The instructor provided was class and he gave me the right tools I needed to pass my test and was patient and the process of finding the instructor and dates was fast.

Any positive reviews on here must be fake . If you complain in writing which they tell you to do they block you and don’t respond .AVOID it’s a scam and they will rip you off . I’ve wasted hundreds - the driving instructor they finally placed us with said the same and she’s employed by them .
Do not waste your money

Booked 3 months in advance, scheduling an intensive course to coincide with the college summer holidays. Halfway through the holidays, after weeks of chasing, being ghosted by the instructor and getting no helpful responses from Intensive Lessons, I still had no lessons booked or scheduled. The instructor they proposed had only bad reviews on the internet (not to mention prosecutions for animal cruelty) but they assured me she was good...
I cancelled the course and arranged lessons with a highly recommended local instructor to start the following week - so instructors are available. However the T&Cs are onerous and I am £300+ out of pocket for the non-refundable deposit and a raft of other fees buried in teh T&Cs, despite their failure to procure any instruction.
As for the test - they booked a test for 6 months after the course was supposed to start, and it turns out they just look for cancellations just the same as anyone else can - and you can get an app that will auto-book any available cancellations for about £14. To rub salt in the wound, rather than allow the test booking to stand they cancelled it (though they still charged me for the "rapid service" fee, which is an insult.
This was supposed to be an easy way to get my son through his test but turned out to be an absolute nightmare, a pointless waste of hundreds of pounds and a delay in actually learning to drive.
The whole operation really is little more than a scam. They offer nothing more than you could achieve with a handful of emails or calls to local instructors and a cheap phone app to get test cancellations. For that you are paying through the nose for lessons from an instructor you have no choice over (and it will be an instructor willing to work for low rates, so it is unlikely to be someone people would recommend), having to deal through a 3rd party who really does not care about the level of service and just quotes T&Cs at you, and who has no better access to tests than you do.
