I’ve been using Intellijend for roughly a month, and it’s genuinely transformed the way I handle promotion for my music project. Launching complete ad campaigns now takes me barely 10 minutes — I just upload my creatives and the platform takes care of the rest effortlessly.

As an artist, it’s incredible to finally focus on creating music and performing, while Intellijend manages all the techy promotional work in the background, making sure my tracks get the attention they deserve. I’d strongly recommend it to any artist who’s serious about leveling up their growth.

I had a bumpy start on Intellijend but the team actually showed up and helped me out as explained below. But in the end, the campaign did nothing for the song.

I tried with a $700 budget to see how it'd go - literally set it up with a member of the team-, about 90% of it was used within 3 days for close to no streams. (I know where the streams we got came from, that wasn't it).

Good team, but disappointing results. I might give it one last try before cancelling, see if it was just bad luck.

How it all went: Unfortunately, when I tried launching my first campaign, I was stopped in my track by some cryptic error messages when trying to launch, which caused massive frustration on my end and a delayed campaign start on Meta.
The first day I was not getting the responses I needed on the chat, just links to the guides I had already consulted, which was quite frustrating as timing is key in those cases.

But eventually, someone hopped on a call and actually helped fix those issues step by step, in a very friendly and efficient manner.

So while the first impression wasn't great, I do appreciate the team actually taking time and trying to find solutions one on one to make things work.

They are knowledgable with what works on Spotify. They respond quickly to any questions. I'm happy with their services.

Ran into a minor misunderstanding and Victor/FERROLD was really helpful and quick to discuss/resolve my issue. Love the human touch with support. 5 star experience so far. Btw sometimes you may have to wait a minute for a response from support because it is real people assisting.

What an incredible tool!! Setting up and optimizing a campaign on that level takes so much skill and experience to get right. Would 10/10 recommend to every artist and label no matter how small or big!!

You can tell that Intellijend is wanting to build a premiere product and platform. We've had some bugs early on and their lead developer reached out and spent time with me determining the issue. We were able to get things resolved and he was very appreciative for our time. I look forward to diving in deeper with this platform, comfortable that there's a team that cares and wants this to work for their clients. That means everything when diving into a new platform. Happy to be an annual and looking forward to many upcoming campaigns.

Super helpful tool, one of the biggest problems I encountered as an independent producer is the hassle with Meta Ads and the Business Manager. Not only because it is super confusing, it also changes constantly over time and so half of the tutorial you’re looking up is showing the outdated version.
Being independent means you already have to do so many things all by yourself at once and so you should preserve your time for the important things like making music. Intellijend does nothing revolutionary but it is a huge time saver and something I really wished I had when I started making music.
If you’re releasing music on a regular basis than this tool is a must! 🙂
