MIGUEL IS THE G.O.A.T.

Cool interface and rapid response customer service

It's early days for me so I'll update my review accordingly after I've used the service for a few months. But so far, so good - mostly. If you want to run ads and don't know where to start, it's definitely a million times easier than trying to figure out Meta Business Suite, which you basically need a degree to understand.

PROS:
- Usually quick replies to queries
- Nice looking dashboard interface with clear graphs and data
- Easy to see on graphs how spend is impacting your stats
- Once ads are set up, you can largely forget about them (except to come back daily and switch of any ads that the system says aren't performing as well as the others. This is really convenient and avoids wasting money on underperforming ads)

NEUTRAL:
- It does take a bit of complicated set up - it took me a full day - but still nothing compared to trying to set things up in Meta Business Suite so this isn't necessarily a bad thing...

- It runs ads on instagram only so if you're wanting to run on Facebook, this isn't the platform for you

CONS:
- The system has been built by people who DO understand Meta Business Suite, and as such the guidance on how to get set up could be better - it seems to assume you have a basic knowledge already, and if you don't, you may find this part challenging. If you have a basic/moderate understanding of how Business Suite works, you'll be fine - but if you're totally new to it and completely clueless, you're going to struggle a bit at first. But reach out to their customer services and they will usually reply.

- They could do with some better basic guidance about how to make your creatives, what to aim for and what not to do. If you don't have any clue about this, you'll be guessing and that can make you feel nervous that you're throwing money away.

- There's no graph on the dashboard showing streams on individual tracks, only overall streams. Even though the streamcount of top tracks is displayed, it's not shown as a graph. If you're targeting a specific track, a graph would be really helpful.

OVERALL THOUGHTS:
I've only been using it for a week so hard to comment on results and ROI but overall I like the system and the interface, and intend to continue using it to see how things go. It's definitely far, far easier than Business Suite.

They help walk you through the entire setup process which can sometime be frustrating on the Meta end, and when I hit a snag they were very quick to respond and help me through it!

rude customer service. I have spent 200 on 2 campaigns. the results resulted in 13 streams on a song!? Something is seriously wrong with their system.

They blamed it on my 'ads'.. even though my ads looked better than the rubbish they provide in their ad packs, which looks like a 3 year old took a phone and started filming, then wacked that together for an 'ad pack'...(not worth your money trust me )

When questioning their system thats not giving results, despite account connected correctly in place with meta ads, instagram and facebook, i was told

'I wont explain myself any further'..
what a thing to say to a paying customer?

It honestly sounds like some young guys are running this company with a BAD ATTITUDE.

The Intellijend platform is bar none. It’s a great tool to help with marketing and analytics of your music. The team is super knowledgeable and helpful with support needs.

Customer service is top notch. Had some troubles uploading creatives because of Meta Ad permission issues, and the guys helped me out via web chat. Very quick to respond. The website itself is very slick and well developed.

Just started with Intellijend. I have been very pleased so far! I just launched my first two campaigns. It's the simplest and most intuitive music marketing tools I have seen! Support chat feature is super helpful.

After trying multiple ad platforms and even running ads natively within Meta for multiple artists, Intellijend has by far been the most cost effective and easy to set up. My cost per result is half of what it used to be on my first campaign with Intellijend.

The UI is such a blessing over the usual Meta Ads experience. They are also continuing to add features rather than simply letting the software coast on its first version. This has easily saved me hours of time within Meta Ads manager.
