UPDATED: Okay, so you are refunding me which shows authentic concern for a customer’s unhappy response. I am sorry that this did not work out otherwise but I am not taking it, anyway. I don’t consume such supplements stored in plastic. I would suggest you warn people about the taste (in defense of your indicated purity of the product) and use an amber glass instead of common plastic. MY ORIGINAL RATING: This tastes horrendous…like dirt with a touch of strawberry, and is a CLEAR plastic bottle instead of the much better protective dark glass used for high quality liquid supplements. A bad sign. Unfortunately, since I tried it, I’m stuck with it now so I’m throwing it down the sink. This plus paying for “tracking” which cost 20% of product, I should have realized at the outset that it was not a good buy.

Glutathione’s distinct smell and taste are completely normal and occur naturally due to the presence of cysteine, a sulfur-containing amino acid. This compound can give off a mild odor/flavor similar to rotten eggs or chicken. This sulfur plays an essential role in Glutathione’s antioxidant and detoxification functions. Our liposomal formulation, although it contains some natural flavors, cannot completely mask this natural odor. This flavor profile is a testament to the product's genuity that it does contain lots of glutathione.
Regarding the packaging, the product is intentionally bottled in BPA-free plastic to ensure stability and maintain the integrity of the liposomal formulation during shipping and storage.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our formulations and customer experience.

I’ve never had more difficulty dealing with reoccurring orders, the website is glitchy and made it impossible for me to get my problem fixed for months! Still upset.

Intelligent Labs has a great product in their Ultra Pure fish oil. It has the right ratio of EPA to DHA, No enteric coating so it dissolves properly. all at a good price point. Unfortunately, they won't ship to a shipping forwarder for fear that their product will be sent out of the country and used for Fraud. Used for fraud??? HOW??? The seems to be a very unfounded excuse. There are many Americans living abroad that could benefit from their product.

Package Left Unattended – No Support from Company
I ordered two products expecting a reliable delivery, but the company’s shipping partner left the package outside, completely unattended. Unfortunately, it was stolen before I could retrieve it. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to take any responsibility or offer any compensation. Extremely disappointing experience—beware if you order from them, as you may never receive your package and get no support from the company.
