Let me explain first. At the beginning was awesome, dirk really helped me with some trades. I put some money on his platform on Trivex (where he must get some heavy commissions) that money is lost. So after all i lost a lot of money and he also blocked me on his discord course. So yes this is a scam and also the trades on Trivex (copytrading) is just artificial. Save your money folks.
Huge scam

Based on my experience, this course offers little value beyond what’s freely available online. The so-called crypto expert behind it often responds harshly and unprofessionally to feedback, using language that I found disrespectful and dismissive. If he’s truly successful in crypto, it’s fair to ask why he continues selling courses instead of focusing on trading by himself.

Think about it—if he is truly making a lot of $$ in trading crypto, why would he still keep selling his crypto courses to you? Common sense will tell you why. In my opinion, he is nothing but just like any other guru in the crypto world begging you to buy his products. lol. LMAO.
To me, this feels more like a marketing hustle than genuine mentorship. I personally didn’t find the content valuable, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Also, check all the guru's responses to the negative reviews. In my opinion, my POV on what the Guru is like—based on his replies to negative reviews—reinforces who he truly is:

Personal attacks: Calling reviewers “cowards,” “beta males,” “mentally unstable,” or “losers” shifts the focus from the product/service to name-calling. This damages credibility.

Defensiveness: Instead of calmly addressing concerns, the replies double down on accusations (e.g., “fake profiles,” “scam NFT collections”), which can look paranoid or unprofessional

Aggressive tone: Almost every reply includes insults (“coward,” “beta male,” “mentally unstable,” “loser”). This shows a tendency to attack the reviewer personally rather than address the substance of the complaint.

Public shaming: Instead of resolving issues privately, he calls out individuals by name (e.g., “Simon,” “Jordan,” “Jeff”) & describes their alleged behavior. This creates drama but undermines professionalism.

Deflection & blame: He often accuses reviewers of being fake, anonymous, or using multiple profiles. This shifts responsibility away from the business & onto the reviewer.

Vindictiveness: He doesn’t just defend himself — he tries to humiliate reviewers by exposing alleged personal details or failures, which comes across as petty & spiteful.

Unprofessionalism: Publicly insulting customers & airing disputes in detail shows poor business etiquette & undermines trust. The guru’s replies where unprofessionalism is evident "You’re obviously a mentally unstable, low class coward leaving these fake 1 star reviews. I’d recommend therapy!"

I strongly recommend doing thorough research before purchasing this trader’s course or joining his copy trading service.

Much of the course content seems to be repackaged material that is freely available on YouTube, and the strategy appears heavily inspired by concepts from Michael J. Huddleston (ICT), presented in different wording rather than as original methodology.

There are also concerns about professionalism. Constructive criticism or alternative opinions are often met with hostility, and members who question the approach risk being blocked or removed. A credible mentor should encourage transparency and open discussion.

Additionally, despite having around one million Instagram followers for several years, engagement appears unusually low, which may raise questions about audience authenticity. Revenue also seems heavily driven by course sales and crypto exchange referral links, creating potential conflicts of interest.

Before buying, carefully review both positive and negative feedback, verify any track record, evaluate risk management practices, and compare the material to free resources available online. Make your decision based on evidence, not marketing claims.

First and foremost, what truly matters in any business is the integrity of the people behind it and Dirk is one of the rare few who genuinely operates with honesty. He’s straightforward, transparent, and brutally honest about the realities of investing, even if it means some people may not like what he says. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything, he doesn’t try to please anyone, and he definitely isn’t out to scam you like so many others selling courses online. In fact, you’re more at risk of getting refunded and kicked out because of your behaviour than you are of getting scammed.

Secondly, the man is super-talented and truly good at what he does. If you’re a novice looking to learn the basics of technical analysis or chart reading, his course is clear, simplified, and genuinely beginner-friendly. It’s one of the few programs where newcomers can actually understand the material, start building real skill, and make money. You’ll often see members sharing their trading results, many of them making enough to pay for the course many times over.

Thirdly, Dirk relentlessly hammers the fundamentals in his Discord group 24/7 and brings you back on track whenever you start getting greedy or losing your way. You’ll always find him online, constantly on top of everything happening in crypto and sharing updates live in the group. I honestly wonder when he even sleeps.

Got blocked on Intelligent Cryptocurrency’s instagram page after exchanging views on use of robots in medicine/healthcare. I had no antagonism over Dirk sharing a different view in the exchange - in fact, to begin with, I thanked him for helping me so much with his crypto analysis, and I am/was grateful, so you can imagine my surprise when I got blocked. (Almost as if he saw my expressing of a different opinion on robots in healthcare as an insult or me being ungrateful?)

I tried to contact the author/business provider (Dirk) via YouTube, requesting we speak on the matter/requesting I be restored, but then my comment got deleted. Highly unusual.

In our brief exchange, Dirk (business owner) spoke about a healthcare system designed to make us sick and opined that 99% of doctors are basically nefarious and horrible, and “react” rather than fix.

Instead of taking responsibility and apologising for poor reactions/takes, it seems to me like this business owner is the one who reacts/is reacting. Instead of apologising and taking responsibility for his actions, it looks like he takes it out on his customers, showing a lack of constraint and discipline. Just going by your comments towards dissatisfied customers that I see here, it comes across as unprofessional. If don’t change your behaviour, Dirk, very likely it’s going to further affect your business.

All the 1 star reviews are accurate, he calls people cowards and losers and then blocks you like a sulky child. He is trying to make it seem like all these bad 1 star reviews are from one person, I can assure you they are not. After all his petty whining and "don't contact me ever again" he continues to send me emails telling me it is my last chance to join at such and such price.
Speaks of his refund a lot saying its risk free but will throw a tantrum if you ever ask for one, is that not the purpose of a refund since you do not want to continue using his service? Makes fun of people for buying his "cheapest service" you can tell how much he values you as a customer.

Appears to be Thin Skinned- Shuts down conversation. His team appears to carefully monitor his YouTube/Instagram/X for criticism and silence any sort of debate.

If you look at the other 1 star/2 star reviews, you’re going to see him call people cowards, losers, and shutting down conversations etc. Unfortunately, this sort of behaviour and Dirk reverting to these tactics is 100% verifiable.

I’d be very cautious about giving this person loads of your money.

Truly disappointing experience with this platform. the owner's attitude is shocking rude and condescending. making it impossible to to get any helpful answers, you will just be ridiculed and belittled. plus when I asked for a refund i was met with insults. actual response from the owner "lol you loser, I will refund you"

One star because I can’t go lower. This person is the type of mentor you absolutely do NOT want to work with. Rude, aggressive, selfish, and greedy. You can clearly feel that he doesn’t care about anyone other than himself. Everything he does is purely for profit.

He fosters a toxic environment where asking questions is discouraged. If you say anything he doesn’t like, you're instantly banned or kicked out without warning.

The worst part is that he insults anyone who asks or says something he doesn't like. You just don’t want to have anything to do with this kind of person.

Save your time and money.. this is not someone who should be a mentor.

Since Dirk is once again promoting his course and asking people to signup with his affiliate marketing links to everything I just want to put out a warning. Everyone read the one star reviews, they all have the same things in common. They aren't one-offs. I won't get too far into detail in this review, i posted another one below if you'd like to read it.
I did however see he's also once again promoting his "copytrades" service, read other reviews. He's literally blown the entire accounts and they've gone to 0. You've all been warned

I was a lifetime member of the Intelligent Cryptocurrency Discord. My role was revoked after I asked a simple question about trading products on a funded account.
The owner (Dirk) responded in a disrespectful manner and escalated quickly instead of clarifying. In the screenshots I’m “Simon” and Dirk is the owner—he calls me “stupid,” misrepresents my message, and then removes my role.

I shared a public info link to clarify my point and received no constructive response from Dirk.

When I first joined, I ignored the negative reviews. Unfortunately, my experience matches many of them: poor member treatment, hostility when questioned, and no willingness to engage in good-faith discussion. Paying members should be able to ask questions without being insulted or punished.

What happened to me:
- Asked a straightforward question about whether a platform allowed certain instruments on one account.
- Provided a public link to clarify.
- Received rude, dismissive replies from the owner and had my role removed rather than getting an answer.

Bottom line: I can’t recommend this group. If respectful communication and member support matter to you, consider the many similar experiences reported by others and proceed with caution.

The online trading course Dirk provided has greatly improved my technical analysis skills and is suitable for beginners through to advanced market investor / traders. The Discord community is invaluable. I tried intelligentcryptocurrency.com for a year and then purchased a lifetime membership. It has paid for itself many times over.

I requested a refund while the "60-day money back guarantee" period was still active, via both email and Discord, and nothing happened.

I tried the automatic copytrading, and the account literally went to zero. I fully understand the risks of investments, but I can't comprehend how a copytrading account with a professional trader can have such poor risk management.

Recently, I wrote to request the cancellation of the renewal, because despite having canceled it, I was still being notified that a charge would be made soon. He responded immediately, saying that the period would not be renewed, which was fine. Then, I told him that for other clients, if they request to use the guarantee, he should respond in a timely manner. After that message, Dirk started insulting me and blocked me: "fck you, ungrateful little cnt, you should go sck a dck"

I don’t usually write reviews, but receiving such responses really upset me. I never disrespected him, I was simply asking him to take responsibility for what he himself decided to offer as part of his service.

I understand that the life of a trader can sometimes be frustrating and emotional, but if he can't respond to a customer in time and in a decent way, he should have an assistant or someone to help him with that. I thought Dirk wasn’t part of the dark world of crypto influencers and scammers, but his actions tell a different story.

Maybe he's a good trader, and my year-long subscription wasn’t representative of that — which wouldn’t be terrible, since past results don’t guarantee future ones — but there are basic human and business qualities he failed to deliver: respect and accountability.

Dirk is authentic in everything he does. A truly genuine individual in this space. He goes to great detail and explains really well. He really cares and wants people to learn. I have learnt so much from him and am truly grateful to him.
