Half of it is a travel agency business…

Half of it is a travel agency business and half is a pyramid scheme. You have the option of only doing the travel agency business, but the income they report people making is from the pyramid side. They say people can use the website to book, but the rates are higher. Customers have to create an account just to look up prices.

You know, I'm sure that this business has it's pros but it absolutely has it's cons. I ran across one of the employees that works for this company, how do I know? Well she has her company email listed in her profile. She was basically telling someone online that they deserved to get raped, threated to inflict bodily harm by using the term "pew pew" and played a song called "FAFO". I'm just not sure that someone threatening to harm someone simply because they are Christian is someone you would want working for your company. It's been awful trying to get in touch with you, so I want to let the public know what kind of violent anti-Christian rhetoric your employees spew.

Life changing if you work at it

I am an active agent and do both the marketing side and the travel booking side. I have had nothing but good experiences with both companies. In 2024 I sold over $300k in travel and have a team of over 100 people. The only time I had issues with a commission was when I typed in the itinerary number wrong. They walked me through fixing it and I was paid on the next payday for it. I love doing what I do!

I dived into InteleTravel & PlanNet…

I have only been with InteleTravel and PlanNet since Dec 2024 and although there was a period of understanding and knowledge training to be done, I have had the most amazing support from people that are not only in my up-line WhatsApp chat, but from so many people that are more knowledgeable and willing to help me find my way. Providing a great travel service for clients and giving an end-to-end stellar customer experience is something you either have or not. You learn to help find the right solution for your client and always have the major travel hosts online to answer queries for you. Everyone starts any job (corporate, retail) by learning and usually from the bottom of the corporate ladder, working like a dog at something you have been underpaid to do, in an organisation that can make or, more often break you! Yes, this is an MLM business, yes you have to put in your time and effort to reach an income that will allow you the three things in life we all crave TIME + MONEY + FREEDOM. Where can you find this for nothing! Nowhere legitimate and safe, with the training, support of the wider organisation and acknowledgement of your efforts for doing something once - then repeat. As far as the customer experiences are concerned- that is not a good vibe at all. Sadly this happens in travel, wherever you are! Agents have made mistakes for my travel in the past and left me total stranded abroad! It happens! Just as poor service happens in most corporations and retail establishments, but nobody gets slatted online for doing this! The company usually gets a bad rap, but you are one person among thousands of customers - does your experience matter? Of course they like to tell you it does, but they actually have too many to really worry about. Customer service departments are set up for this reason and how difficult is it to get hold of some of them… “Your call is very important to us”!

This organisation is putting its best foot forward and giving me all the tools I need to shine a light on what I do, under their business model and branding. The buy-in is small, you build yourself up through the first few years (usually) to a status that pays you well and continues to thank you for your efforts through bonus structures that leave me standing! I can’t go far wrong here if I just keep working at my business. Thanks for your time.

InteleTravel - Seem to be twice the price of BA

InteleTravel / Pure Travel. I have had to amend the flights I booked due to ill health. They wanted to issue me with a huge invoice for canceling. So I said I would amend my flights and go in March. InteleTravel / Pure Travel have done everything they can to make it difficult, and have some very odd practices. (1) The new flight prices they quoted me are roughly DOUBLE that on the BA site. (2) InteleTravel adds tax, but that I believe is included in BA's advertised fares. I may be wrong. (3) They don't give you their T&C before you book. (4) They suddenly decided my one-night hotel stay could not be amended without a huge fee.

The job of dreams

I have been with Inteletravel for 3 years. I can’t fault them at all. It’s been great for me working from home around my children and the holidays I’ve been able to go on myself due to this company are unreal. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews ! Give it a go and see for yourself. The support we have is great the community is second to none and the commission payments twice a month are a win win

This travel business has changed my life

I have been working with InteleTravel for just over 5 months now, and to say it has changed my life would be an understatement. I was working as an estate agent prior to this, and hated the office environment, I ended up leaving that job as it was affecting my health quite badly. 2 days later I came across this opportunity. Working for myself, working remotely, saving on my own travel, and earning an income from booking others travel (which I was doing anyway) which sounded perfect to me! I was quite hesitant to begin with due to the mass of negative reviews, but then I thought 'have I ever written a good review?' and the answer was no. I don't know anyone that has written a good review for anything. We are all guilty of it, but as soon as something we don't like happens, we are straight on the review page, so I thought 'what's the worst that can happen, at least I can say that I have tried!'. I can hand on heart say that I have loved every minute of it so far, because I am passionate about travel and helping others experience the world like I am now able to as well! I now don't understand where all of the bad reviews have come from? Those that have mentioned commission, I have been paid every amount of commission that I am owed, because I registered my booking. I think some people see it as a 'get rich quick' scheme and I'm afraid that's not the case. You do have to work hard, but as you do with any business you set up. I am glad that I was hesitant about the negative reviews, because it made me even more conscious of doing everything properly for both myself and my clients. Can't fault anything, I only wish that I had found this opportunity sooner :)

The Good and the Bad

The Good - A ton of suppliers, ease of getting credentials, ability to book travel for yourself or others, a ton of classes to take at your leisure..... The Bad - The actual admin staff supporting the agent for back office questions like commissions, problems with memberships from affiliates, or just general questions is horrible. The people answering chats, can't answer things, end/disconnect your session mid-conversation, don't seem to fully understand questions being asked and/or are essentially not much help. I would rate their level of actual knowledge and service a 1 on a scale from 1-10. Management needs to do better monitoring them and training them to be more supportive and helpful to the agents they are supposed to support. Also, some uplines can't seem to answer basic questions which is strange considering the level of which they are at.

BIG mistake when I call myself working…

BIG mistake when I call myself working with ITA. My commission been sitting in Hyperwallet since November and I still cannot cash it out. The workers are incompetent on every level. I file taxes every year without any issues but here they are telling me they cnt verified information with IRS. I reached out to IRS and they have no issues with my information. IRS even sent me confirmation of my verification and I sent it to Inteletravel.com and still getting the runaround. They just want to take fees and not pay commission. It's like getting paid is a lottery. The rating is NEGATIVE ZERO. Stay clear for your own sanity.

Exceptional Service from Travel Agent…

Exceptional Service from Travel Agent Kevin Chapman

I would like to express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Travel Agent Kevin Chapman through InteleTravel. When he discovered that my Carnival booking had been canceled due to an error on Carnival's part, Kevin immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the situation.

After learning from a Carnival Supervisor that the cancellation was due to Carnival’s mistake—where another guest on the no-sail list should have been removed instead of me—Kevin took immediate action. He made daily calls, even following up every two hours as advised by Carnival, to ensure my booking remained on the waitlist and that every effort was being made to correct the error.

Kevin’s professionalism, persistence, and dedication to providing excellent service were truly remarkable. He turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one where I felt supported and valued.

I wholeheartedly recommend Travel Agent Kevin Chapman to anyone seeking a reliable and professional travel agent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Carnival Cruise Lines, whose service in this matter was disappointing.

Thank you, Kevin Chapman, for your unwavering commitment to your clients!

Don't let any negative comments get in your way to booking travel in a revolutionary way.

I've booked many hotels and trips with inteletravel and as I have followed every step and training, all has been paid as expected. I've only had really good experiences tbf whenever I speak to hotel staff or industry business to business contacts our reputation as a travel agency is highly respected. It's a shame some folk have wrote bad reviews here as there is a lot of training and support available to agents who do the work and make sure they are following protocol.

All I would say is don't let anyone else's words stop you from doing something which could potentially impact the way you travel or book travel that will benefit you and your loved ones.

The way we get paid is more than fair, we have multiple ways to book, so make sure you follow the steps and you will be free to run your own successful independent travel agency.

Do not book with Inteletravel they set…

Do not book with Inteletravel they set up their agents for failure. I booked with Inteletravel had an issue where I was without a room for more than 7 hours after the first day at the resort because the rooms were flooded. The resort reimbursed me 2 nights stay they sent it to Inteletravel $3000 and Inteletravel has decided to keep my refund but giving me any answers as to where is my refund I have a letter from resort and Inteletravel is not honoring my reimbursement. They are thieves. Needless to say the Agent felt so embarrassed and wound up leaving Inteletravel. Bad business Inteletravel. If you’re such a successful and honorable company you wouldn’t have stolen my reimbursement.
