Abyssmal after sales customer service

Abyssmal after sales customer service. Purchased some invoice paper in plenty of time before running out of our previous supplier. Their "software" for the printer template to work with Shopify didn't work. Pat seems to protect this software - even from customers that pay for it with their order - like a state secret. Despite four emails where Pat asks you to jump through hoops, proving your purchase (which I did) he STILL wouldn't help. Just not worth the effort. Steer clear.
