Bought the IMI-1000 for my Mercedes GLC. It’s a really good kit and easy to get set up. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is the CarPlay unit does not display the heater controls at the bottom of the screen, which other cheaper units do. I’ve contacted IA to ask about a firmware update to include this, but no responses.

Recently bought a new car and was looking for an OEM style dashcam, found IA online and the reviews etc looked good. I wasn't too sure which model I needed so I emailed for advice. Lucy was outstanding and was very helpful, the unit arrived next day too. It was a breeze to install and the quality is top notch. A proper premium product.

I bought a used car that had the IMI-1000 installed and was facing some problems. I was expecting some problems as I was not the original buyer of the product, but that turned out not to be a concern.
I contacted the costumer service and they were extremely helpful and helped to figure out that I had an older firmware installed. They were kind to send all the newest firmware files and a thorough guide on how to install the firmware, even when I struggled a bit to make it work, Scott from the tech support was very helpful in getting everything sorted.
The IMI-1000 system works well and has been very stable since the update.
Would recommend.

Great unit and it fits in under an hour. What a difference compared to the 2017 Alfa Romeo giulia unit.

I can't recommend the product "IMI-1000" or the customer service enough. The device itself is excellent and has updated my BMW with Android auto excellently and the customer service I received when there was an issue with one of the pieces of kit sent was top notch! Wouldn't hesitate to use their kit and deal with them again for future vehicles

Fantastic product and service. I needed this urgently as the aftermarket chinese head unit I bought from Aliexpress turned out not to be compatible with my car. Messaged IA via Whatsapp to ask how soon they could deliver and they said next day if order placed before 2pm. True to their word it arrived the next day. Some of the installation instructions could have been clearer but I managed anyhow and if not then I'm sure they would have been happy to help.

It's a great bit of kit. It has brought my 2010 E Class into the 21st century. It's great to have a phone-like experience on the dash. I can navigate via Google Maps whilst switching between Spotify, Amazon Music, Audible, PocketCasts etc etc. Very intuitive to use, great sound quality, great support from the website and from Scott.

I had the Integrated Automotive Apple CarPlay upgrade kit installed in my 2015 Audi A1 by Andy at Audi Upgrades and cannot speak highly enough of both. Great support from Scott at IA.

So helpful and knowledgeable. I now have fully integrated CarPlay in my BMW and couldn’t be happier. Hats off to Scott, brilliant products and customer service, 100% recommend

Recently had an IMI-1000 unit installed by a local specialist in my 2012 Mercedes S350 . System works well and uses the aux feed for sound which on my car has lower volume than I would like on noisy road services. However, Integrated Automotive have been very responsive by email and addition of an inexpensive in line headphone amp has solved my volume concerns. Connection to Mercedes control knob has dropped out once but was easily fixed with an iPhone reboot. Overall very happy with product and support.

Ilkley Car Audio just fitted an IMI-1000 unit to my Mercedes C Class Estate (S205). The unit is working well and was very neatly fitted into the car.

Just wanted to say what a great improvement it is over the Mercedes unit and display.

I had a very angry and upset review here, which I completely forgot to update once my problem was resolved. Unfortunately I cannot go back in time and revert any damage my previous negative review may have caused to this business, but the best I can do is to say that it looks like I had a malfunctioning device, which they replaced without any cost under warranty and the new one has been working flawlessly without issues and I'm very happy with my purchase now! Highly recommend!

Some struggle installing due to missing example for that car model.

Purchased a CarPlay retrofit kit for my BMW F31. Was supported before the purchase to ensure I ordered the correct system.
The first shipped unit unfortunately got lost in transit, which was no fault of the supplier. Their communication was great and were easy to contact over Facebook Messenger. I received my unit after a short delay once they had the parts back in stock.
Unit was a simple self install as was provided with fool proof step by step instructions.
Really happy with the quality of the final product and the service provided.

Bought the retrofit kit for home install. The instructions were super clear, easily followed and now the happy owner of a CarPlay Mercedes W205.
I was super nervous about what plugged into where, even more so than when I have built PC's in the past (ridiculous now in hindsight - it really was plug and play). Scott was super helpful & patient with my queries and troubleshooting (I had missed a step). Quality product so far, great support on the install.

I bought the PORSCHE PCM3.1 (2010-2016) RETROFIT CARPLAY AND ANDROID AUTO UPGRADE KIT. what a brilliant piece of kit, after alot of research i chose this unit as it had everything covered. All the OEM functions worked and it was very straight forward to install. Scott was also brilliant he answered all my questions before the purchase and during the install.
