DO NOT SUBSCRIBE - after sharing my first review here, the response intch has given underneath it is to save face. I also noticed that the so called positive reviews posted are likely being written by someone at Intch who is using AI because there is a pattern. To save face, they are posting replies to those of us who have been scammed for money, reach out for additional support. It is simple, I asked for a refund because this product is a scam and they target vulnerable job seekers with lies. They are yet to confirm my refund let alone agree to it

So far it seems alright. I was unable to connect my LinkedIn account to my profile though. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a few things to try and then said if that didn't work, just don't connect it...

Navigating through the various processes are comfortable and well designed. The informational videos can become a bit tiresome.

It's a user friendly platform and feels quite professional but ultimately lead to zero work or responses from applications. It's just frustrating when you spend a lot of time applying for things and never hear anything back. Social media advertising isn't accurate for this website either, it looks like there's plenty of opportunities but they never come through to you.

I have had money taken out of my account and I have never heard of Intch and they won't refund the money... This is a scam - please beware!

Intch starts out very engaging as they are convincing you to purchase a subscription. The overall experience was very disappointing. I thought I was purchasing a three month trial until they billed me for a $99 renewal. There was no notice or a renewal or information and when I reached out to Intch they said read the terms and conditions.

In discussions with Intch it turns out my account was shadow banned for unknown reasons, based on the last message I had received it was in that state for nearly two months before they charged me for another subscription period. Again, no notice or communcation that it happened. I had already decided that I was not getting what I needed from the platform and again, had no idea I had to cancel the subscription before they billed me. I cancelled before the transaction completed on my credit card but they are refusing the refund my money.

At least they agreed to remove my shadow ban.

I strongly recommend you run and find a different venue that this one as they are shady and do not deliver what they claim.

The information on this platform is incorrect and outdated. Where is the accountability?

The job listings on Intch are mostly irrelevant to the skills you add. Instead of real opportunities, the majority seem to come from “life coaches” and “business mentors,” which makes the platform feel misleading and disappointing.

Unsubscribing was unnecessarily difficult. There’s no clear cancellation path on the website (I used the web version, not the app). I eventually found the link to cancel the subscription on Reddit.

The .org domain is also misleading. Gave me the false impression that Intch is mission-driven, when in reality it operates as a commercial business with shady practices. This only makes the platform feel more untrustworthy.

Deleting my profile was even worse. After wasting time trying to find the option online, I discovered it’s only possible through the app. So despite using only the web version, I had to download the app just to delete my account. And I couldn't log into the app because the verification code they send to log in, doesn't work: "Error: Request was throttled". So after all this, I now have write & send an email.

All of these hoops - from cancellation to deletion - are completely unnecessary and create a terrible user experience.

I would avoid Intch 100%. The platform gave me no real benefit, and they make it deliberately hard to leave, which in this day and age is inexcusable.

They charged me membership, however, there are no jobs there. I am a copywriter, but whatever they advertise is a scam or "share-based", like "you manage my social networks, and when my business reaches a certain amount of income, I will give you some %". Be aware!!

I downloaded it in September 2024 and gave it a shot. Didn't really connect with anybody, had someone send me a phishing link claiming it was going to be a video interview, and then when I tried to cancel on my mobile device in Jan 2025 I couldn't possibly find where I could.

Fast forward to a few days ago and they automatically renew my subscription with no warning. I immediately send an email asking for a refund, which I have done with other companies, and they refuse to give me my money back.

I should have checked the reviews before signing up to this scrap. My money gone. These guys are HORRIBLE SCAMMERS. No one should dare waste the time and resources on this nonsense

They hide all options that may be needed and say on their FAQ that the subscription can be canceled only from App Stor/Google Play. But there are no words if you do that from a PC or the Web. Do not subscribe; they will not make a refund. Refund can be made only if you ask for cancellation 1 day before the charge.

These people are complete scammers. I signed up in good faith but the app itself is very poor. It was very difficult to find relevant opportunities, if there were any.

However, it's almost impossible to cancel. They don't provide any mechanism in the dashboard to do so. I was charged four times my original subscription rate in the second month. I finally found an email with which to reach out to them to obtain a refund and they refused, citing their user agreement. They use highly manipulative business practices to make money. Very very poor. Stay well away!

The business model seems to be getting money from automatic subscription after a month.
Good idea, bad EXECUTION.

Scam company, they charged me subscription without a notice, didn't return the funds.

This company is a scam. They must be a bunch a good developers working together to take the money out of people looking for a job. The, supposedly, opportunities of work are not real, nobody reply to you and many of them are fake. It's a complete fraud!

Do not use this service / app.
It is useless and they constantly charge even if you cancel the subscription.

This app is terrible. They lock you into a subscription contract and make it almost impossible to cancel. Even if you delete the app, they will still charge your card. Their reviews speak for themselves. I have been waiting far too long for a response from their support. Stay away – do not install this app if you don’t want unexpected charges.

I had a very disappointing experience with Intch.
The platform is not user-friendly at all, navigation is confusing, and the core feature — connecting freelancers to jobs — does not deliver relevant matches. The scan tool rarely aligns with my actual skills or expectations.
Moreover, many offers are not even accessible unless you upgrade, and even then, the platform feels empty and ineffective.
The subscription system is opaque:
No clear renewal reminders,
No transparent cancellation process,
No prior notification before charging €119,
No compliance with EU consumer laws regarding informed consent and automatic renewals.
When I asked for a refund, my request was declined with generic responses based on “internal policy”. They even refused to give me the company’s legal address so I could proceed with legal steps. That is unacceptable.
In short:
❌ Poor UX
❌ Irrelevant job offers
❌ No control over your subscription
❌ No accountability
❌ Questionable business practices
I do not recommend this service to any freelancer
