I signed up for the service and paid!! I can’t access the site and it looks like a scam!! Please refund my account now!!

There are scammers on your platform. Last night I had a hirer asking me for my TeamViewer details to gain access to my machine. This is highly irregular practice.

The website information is behind a paywall, and even afterwards it wouldn't let me see any jobs. It asked for progressively intrusive set of information.
Cancellation policy seems to be nonexistent. Cooling off period is also not there.
Steer clear, find something, anything else.

Picked up a lifetime membership ...no one responds to anything, proposals have been pointless, and there is no engagement at all

I’ve been charged 39.99$ but can’t cancel anything on their app or website. This looks just a scam. Can someone help me on how to cancel this service? This is just ridiculous.

Update: I’ve cancelled the service but there is no option on the website. I received an email from the company saying that per terms and conditions, I have to pay the 39.99$ even without ever using the service because it was on terms and conditions. I’ve asked for a refund which was denied.

This company is only focused on taking your money, don’t ever give them your credit card.

I signed up for Lifetime membership yesterday but i immediately sent them an written email for rhe cancelation and the refund but Emily Miller from the customer support team sent me a revert since its a one time payment and as mentioned in their user agreement section 2.3 they cannot cancel my services and cannot refund the amount to me.

I even sent an email asking her to escalate it to her supervisor/manager but i received an email stating that she is necessary qualified to deal with this situation hence cancelation was not an option and cannot refund. Her and company’s intentions are malicious they just want to mint the money from their customers and now i am going to file a better business bureau complaint to show the world how a company like Intch operates and how their customer support staff rejects what the customers have to say and leave them helpless.

It doesn't get side gigs as pitched before joining. It instead has scummers leading you to their different links.

This is the worst scam ever.Do not do not fall for their website reviews which are all bought reviews or AI generated. You cannot find a single job match when you create your profile the system is clunky and terrible.
When I went to cancel my subscription I was told by Mike "their policy states subscription fees are non - refundable". I had canceled my subscription and he offered me a free month to try, I thought ok I will try it but never really logged in after that because nothing changed for me on the site. The part he never told me was that I would be autocharged for the damn subscription after the free month he activated. So I got charged again and when I reached out to support again he quotes "the subscription fees are non refundable per our policy".

They can easily override that and for customer satisfaction can easily refund the money but they dont want to do that. They just want to make money and deliver nothing.

So please please DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS HORRIBLE PLATFORM WHICH IS NOTHING BUT WORTHLESS AND USELESS AND HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE COME ACROSS.

Not an ethical company.
Please be aware that they will not remind you about upcoming payments. They just take the money, even if you've not used the service. Tried to complain, but it fell on deaf ears. Looking at other peoples reviews, one to avoid.

Just DO NOT try their free subscription, and if you do - keep every single documentation about the cancelation. Do not trust that it is canceled when it is stated canceled. I didnt reconcile my bank statement for a couple of months and they had charged me each month, when I reached out no response as the email that populates for their customer service is not correct. Several weeks later I tried again - still no response - I looked for another way to reach them. Once I found another email and reached a customer service rep, of course they will not issue a refund or even credit a portion of the subscription. There is zero activity on this account as it was not used more than one day to check it out. Overall, difficult to cancel, difficult to reach help, not worth the trial at all!! Save yourself the headache and the $$.

It will be great if you send only opportunities that fit the work skills.

I’ve tried to cancel my Intch subscription multiple times with no success. Despite not using the service for almost a year, they continue to charge my account. Their customer service has been unresponsive, and the cancellation process is deliberately confusing.

This service provides almost no real value — the networking opportunities are minimal, and I strongly suspect their subscription numbers are inflated because users can’t successfully cancel.

Warning to potential customers: Do not sign up for this service.
Message to investors and stakeholders: Review the company’s customer-retention data carefully — many “active” subscribers may simply be people unable to exit the platform.

Intch needs to rethink its approach to customer relations and transparency if it wants to build long-term credibility as a networking platform.

Support team’s been super quick when I had a login issue. Took less than an hour to fix it. The app itself runs fine and updates regularly. Pretty rare these days.

There is zero understanding if your post is getting viewed or looked at. What sort of traffic your post and their site has. You pay upfront for a service you are not getting. It’s been day 3 of my post with zero views and zero feedback. I have over 20 years of international experience. No interest from anyone? Really?

I have numerous options to share different posts. The platform is interactive and user friendly.

It is completely scam, they do not cancel your subscription even though you want to cancel within the notice period.

Such a scam. Stay away.
