Used this company for electrical and gas safety reports and PAT checks for a house purchase, having had them prove to be extremely helpful on a previous occasion. However, it subsequently proved sometimes very difficult to get hold of anybody by phone and I had to chase up every report, so definitely not provided within the few days promised.

First rate service. Integrated Electrical are quick and efficient and very good value. They went the extra mile to arrange for works at short notice and worked around the constraints of tenants in the properties. Highly recommended.

AVOID!! DO NOT USE!!

I cancelled my appointment, which was difficult enough and I am still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later.

They are impossible to contact. Noone answers the phone and they don't reply to emails. I tried to contact them via multiple channels to cancel my appointment but they still send an engineer.

I them asked for a refund but I am still waiting for it. I have sent multiple emails and I am still waiting.

I've been left with no choice but to escalate this to Trading Standards.

Excellent service

Not a legitimate company. Don't reply to emails, don't answer the phone. Mobile no is not recognised. I had to pay through the website and chase up the seller of the property because they made no effort to book in a date. 6w days after the inspection not heard anything and unable to establish any contact. going to have to raise a dispute with my bank for services not received and will delay my purchase of my new home by a week or two. Don't make online payments to websites where the company doesn't actually exist.

Bad service from the moment we booked, sat in all day of the booking, called with 1 hour left of time allocation to be told that they were held up ( unless I called j would have never known).. Only booked electrical report when I booked gas and electricity..told it would be with me WITHIN 24 hrs.. 4 days later I was still making.alls and sending emails with no response... Give this company a wide berth.. Shocking service.

Great communication, great prices. Easily swapped my appointment when I had a dental visit. Will be using in the future for my other properties.

Very easy to book an appointment online, with a choice of times and days with the first available appointment being only 2 days ahead, so no wating for days or weeks. The electrician was very efficient and I had my report a week later. Very satisfied with the service and would use again.
