Good Experience

Insynq does a great job setting up your account. We feel like the price could be a little lower per month but who doesn't. Their technical support is as close to perfect as we have seen.

Most important thing is they will put your QB and other programs (apps) all on the server. This is a difficult thing to find.

Insynq for my clients

I always recommend Insynq to my clients over any other hosting providor. We work with a lot of QuickBooks users and Insynq's support team is the best in the business. No hosting provider is perfect, but these guys can and will fix any problem quickly. As a trusted advisor to my clients, I would not send them to anyone else, highly recommended.

Superb tech support

Signed up with first phone call with Ryan Nelson. I get a human voice answer to my phone calls. No waiting for 24-48 hours waiting to get answers to my phone calls or 3 or 4 days to me email requests. The service is faster that my desktop PC when using Quick Books.

Easy people to work with

We haven't had much time to work with the system yet (installed two days ago!), but, so far, I'm very pleased with the functionality and Ryan's intention to make it easy for us. I have confidence that customer support will be there whenever we need it.

Great customer service

Always can rely on Insynq to be there when you need them. I have always received the best customer service with prompt answers. They always have time for all my questions. I always come away with a complete understanding of the solutions to my problems and concerns. Insynq has rescued me multiple times. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding Customer Service

InsynQ has outstanding customer service for their hosting services. I like that support is based in USA and available 24/7. I find the pricing is reasonable. I am able to recommend this hosting service to my clients and know that I'm supported by a great team.

Ryan Nelson, awesome

Ryan was extremely helpful, polite, knows his product and tech savvy.
I am in my 60's and was completely stressed and worried. Ryan solved all and even had a conference call with QB for them to provide me with a new code. I could not have done it without his help. Huge Thank you to Ryan and InsynQ.

Excellent Service

Alecs has been helping me set up my Quickbooks. He is very knowledgeable about the process and is completely professional. I feel secure knowing my data is in protected. Honestly, Alecs is my go to person when I have questions.

Alecs Lund is amazing

Alecs spent time teaching my team and I how to use InSynQ. He was patient and didn't pressure us even if it took us a while to respond. When a client emergency happened - he listened to my story and took care of it. Normally, I would commend someone for trying - but Alecs took care of it and nothing bad happened. Its rare to find someone who really knows what they are doing and are willing and able to help.

Alecs made what could have been a disasterous client situation and set us up fully loaded. All I had to do was click the link and everything was taken care of perfectly. Thanks Alecs! You rock!

Peace of Mind

We finally found a IT solution that allow us to focus on our business activities. Reliable, flexible, affordable and fully customisable to our needs.
With the help of dedicated account Mgr. , requests and/or updates on our server and remote stations are usually taken care of within a couple of hours.

We must say, that over the year or so - InsynQ has successfully strengthen its procedures and improved its customer support. Great solution for SMB, without inhouse competences and IT infrastructure.
