Had an initial hiccup with the delivery being said would arrive on 29th and by the 1st still had heard nothing with no delivery. This caused some panic, as I'd read reviews stating some people didn't... See more

I've had my Insync Shock ebike for just over a year now.
I've had my Insync Shock ebike for just over a year now, having purchased it during the first lockdown. I really love the bike, it is well built and was well set up on arrival. The 36v battery provides ample power assistance to get me up the steep hills here in Pendle, Lancashire. I've enjoyed the freedom of getting out and about and the fresh air and exercise it provides. The disc brakes are great, easy to exchange the pads. Much appreciated!

I was a bit worried reading some of the negative reviews after i had ordered the bike.
The delivery was very quick and the bike is very sturdy and worth the money...
My granddaughter loves it.

I couldn't be happier with the customer care I received. I bought a Bike from this company and messed up the assembly which resulted in me needing a new part.
I emailed them and received a swift reply the next working day. The company where happy to send the new parts out under warranty. I'd like to thank the customer service team for going above and beyond !
Slow to get a replacement
Finally have received a replacement for damaged part. Took some time and a few phone calls to sort the issue. Was quite a wait for a replacement part. However, all sorted now.
Locking Quality
poor assembly of rear wheel and chain. Push pedals were partly seized due to the misaligned chain with the front and rear sprockets.
Unsure of the general quality of this bike, will not purchase from this company again! Also if the bike has to be sent back, it is the responsibilities of the owner.
Excellent delivery service.
Haven't built the bike as yet. As its a present. So I can't rate it. However. The delivery was brilliant. Arrived next day.
we have already submitted experience…
we have already submitted experience feedback and now receive reminder again. We did not receive replacement of the damaged component part, mud protection as promised
Good quality and very fast delivery
Good quality and very fast delivery! I was impressed!
Rusty and damaged bike
I have bought products from here before and they have been great however this bike had rust on frame under paint and a dent on the frame. Also the tyres had been worn. It looks like it was a faulty return. So disappointed as I had to keep it as it was for a birthday the next day. All products should get quality control, especially ones for 3 year old children. Such a shame as the bike I bought before was in excellent condition and great value.

A bike with spiders on it
Blue and spiders... just what our 3yr old son is made of. He loves it. It went together easily and no issues. Ordering and delivery great and packaged well.
Thank you
First order
When I ordered for the first time I was a bit sceptical about it as I didn't receive a deliver date but then it was at my door within 5 days, package's very well not one the wrong. I would recommend this website 👌
great little bike granddaughter loves it
Fantastic bike
Great kids' bike
Great kids' bike. Easy to assemble. Shipment very quick. I would highly recommend this company.
£700 bike I can't use
I have a townmaster electric bike I bought from Ideal World. The tyres need blowing up every time I use it. The front light has never worked. Now the battery has stopped charging.
The bike is still under guarantee. I rang Insync but no one is answering the phone. I left a message on the website but no one seems to reply.
Their website lists a local agent. When I rang he said he didn't do electrical repairs.
The bike was competitively priced but if you can't use it it's worth nothing.
I suppose I have the option of taking Ideal World to the small claims court.
Bad quality bikes
Bad quality bikes. Supposedly on sale, but the price you pay is higher than bikes elsewhere and the quality is so so shody. Typical China stuff, cheap, badly done, and stock is damaged too. My bike arrived in an open box and damaged in so many places. I was under a heavily charged period of my life and had no time to deal with it. To add insult to injury, the bike parts started falling off and rusting without the bike even being used by my toddler. Avoid at all costs.
Pleased with deliver and bike
Pleased with deliver and bike, after sales rubbish, I have a problem with the lights on my e bike, they don't work, have contacted company to date no reply.
