Best way to travel carefree and safe

Can't get ahold of any representative via phone. The only reliable way to communicate with anyone is via email. Not immediately available for real time questions/concerns.

Eventually I didn't need to operate the insurance so I don't know how efficient is the claim process.

It's 4 months now since I sent over a…
It's 4 months now since I sent over a simple sickness claim and it still hasn't been resolved. I understand there are certain procedures, but I've been constantly ignored over and over again, having to follow up multiple times over e-mail and through the website chat.
I can understand if there is a lot of claims coming through and a simple e-mail reply that it's in the works would do the trick, instead I was left hanging and felt like no one gives a damn. It's a shame seeing that they charge almost double the price of other insurers, one would think for a premium price comes premium service, not in this case though.
Not recommended, unless you want to shout in frustration over repeated e-mails.
