They charge without any notice! Even scarier is that they collected the money even though they didn't renew the policy! Maybe if there's an automatic payment reminder, it's unclear! Be very cautious when buying insurance from them or stay away from them! Don't be tempted by the cheap money! They will try to get it back!

Unsupportive Customer Service
Plans are affordable but customer service is the worst. I get the run around on issues that are left unresolved, and anytime you want help via phone or email they defer you to their online portable. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting for a refund for when they overcharged me and waiting for them to make the requested changes to my policy. Unhappy with my experience.
