Great company with good coverage but…
Great company with good coverage but the only issue i have is when renewing your policy cost increase puts you off renewing.
I also made a small change to my policy and paid the difference but despite attempts at getting an updated certificate it never arrived. I gave up chasing.

From the policy taken out, this appears to be a Players/Participants policy. This type of cover does not include a separate public liability certificate, as it is designed for personal participation rather than coaching or instruction activities.
If you require a formal public liability certificate for coaching or instructing purposes, you would need a Coaches/Instructors policy. However, please be assured that your insurance schedule does confirm your cover and can be used as proof of insurance where required.
It is possible there may have been some confusion around the type of policy selected or the documents issued, and we apologise for any misunderstanding this has caused.

I got a quote but the final price was higher with tax. Quote should have been including tax.

To clarify, all quotes provided already include Insurance Premium Tax (IPT), so there is no additional tax added during the purchase process. If you choose to pay for your policy by monthly instalments, the overall cost will be higher due to the finance agreement provided by Premium Credit, which is subject to 26.9% APR.
The monthly payment breakdown, including the total amount payable and applicable finance charges, is displayed during the quote process. However, we apologise if this was not clear or was easy to miss.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it on board as we continue to review how we present our pricing information to customers.
