Really slow delivery (over 1 week…
Really slow delivery (over 1 week despite being in stock) and slow replies on email. Unfortunately construction is very much a 1-3 days delivery industry, and such a delay makes things hard to time and juggle on site.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the delivery was made within 4 working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday when we do not operate. The delivery date was confirmed and accepted by you via email. That said, we understand how important timing is in the construction industry and you had like 6 orders with us only with the last one to have a one day delay outside of our 2-3 day lead times.

Sergio was most helpful answering all my emails. I was concerned whether I (a slightly built female) might have to help unload the rolls of insulation when delivered. I was assured that the driver would do this for me and, in fact, the driver put them in my garage.
