They make the online video look so easy but it’s hard to install without minor damage. Barely fit and the product constantly moves on my windows. Due to the return policy and not even allowing finger prints on it I can’t return. A scam company for sure

Yes my name is Roger I've been trying to return my instant product or exchange it because I ordered the wrong one and nobody will return my email or get ahold of me. Is there any way you can get somebody from instant tent to get ahold of me please

Complete trash product. Zero customer service response. Address on website comes back to a different llc in Sheridan wy. Don't waste your hard earned money...

stop doing business because they are a scam I received my package does not fit wrong size and I’ve been communicating via email because they don’t take phone calls which is a red flag and I have not had any contact from them since December 22 and they were supposed to be shipping me out another package never received anything in no contact since December 22 such funky customer service they need to be shut down

Absolute scam of a company.

I went ahead and also reported on Google Merchant so they can’t run this scams anymore. Everyone reading this must report them to Google, as they allow them for advertising. Hopefully they will shut down soon.

My money went down in the drain, no refunds.

Zero stars. 1 Million percent an absolute scam. Con artist company running fly by nights rip off business. DO NOT ORDER. Under ANY circumstances!!

You have to put in your vehicle information for "accuracy", but this is not the case. I have frameless windows, so when you open the door, the window goes down slightly. This made installing these a challenge, and definitely not accounted for. The tints also didn't fit my window. I tried to trim and it looked awful. When trying to fit it fully to the window, it creased the tint. What a waste of money. I could have used that for professional tints.

I ordered in June of 2025 and to date haven’t received anything.

I ordered 4 months ago and never received the product. I saw the bad reviews and thought no company could be this bad and I ordered anyway. I was wrong! Please don’t follow my example, stay away from InstaTint.

I ordered my tint in June when I bought my car it’s been 3 months and I haven’t received it or any talks about getting a refund got scammed don’t buy from them

Every good review on here is fake. Just look at the dates. No way you purchased this and then 2 days later you had the tint on your car and saw all these benefits that are posted. These are all lies!
It has been 4 months since I placed my order and I have still not received it. I try to email them and ask what's going on but I continue to get a generic robot response of "sorry for the delay and we will let you know as soon as we find out" all emails are word for word the same. No one is real and I can't get a straight answer. After 3 months I just requested a refund and they replied and asked me why I would want to cancel my order??? Obviously I'm not getting an order or it would be here by now! Still no refund or product that I ordered. Stay far away! They are thieves!!! This is a scam!

More than 2 months have gone by, and I have never received my order. I emailed them three times asking for a refund, but they kept giving me the same excuse: "We are working on your order. It will be ready soon." I finally called my credit card company and filed a dispute. This was how I got my money back. Avoid purchasing anything from INSTATINT.

Save your money!!!

I placed an order with InstaTints.com a while back. It took far too long to receive the product. When I finally got around to installing it, I had decided to order a set for my other vehicle.

The problem is I didn't realize how difficult it was to see through. When the sun shines on that side of the vehicle, it has a whiteish appearance.

I reached out to customer service to cancel the order, in order to save them from shipping it out and then having to return it, and it has 26 days without a resolution.

On their website, they boast their TrustPilot rating as 4.4. Substantially higher than their actual 2.3 rating. Also, I posted a review on their site, and it will not show.

Please, save yourself the money and purchase from a reputable company.

The customer service is nonexistent, I contacted this terrible company multiple times to see where my order is and they never reply. My order status has been received since June 7 today is now August 5 and still no change. They don't make it easy to get your money back of course. They have this fake refund policy but they do not show how to request a refund. Do yourself a favor DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!

Well, where should I start since the experience so far has been nothing short of a bad dream!

Upon arriving (4 months later), the roll of film was NOT wrapped around any cone or wrapped in layers of anything to protect it during the delivery process. As a matter of fact... The film was rolled up very tight with a thin piece of stretchable foam clung to the outside of it. You have to know that this "foam" didn't fit completely around the roll of film and the ends weren't even covered. Where is Quality Control in all of this? Also, where the ____ is the silk lined bag and adhesive tape that is supposed to be included in my order? You mean $170.00 is not enough for those luxuries? Even though I am entitled, go ahead and give MY tape and bag to someone who really needs it. Pitiful!

BTW...I have not cut the pieces out or installed them on my truck windows yet. Quite frankly, I am not sure if the added effort is worth it. IDK... I may just pick up a roll of two-sided gel tape and dig right in! Pray for me.

Sorry that this review is LONG, but this infuriated fifty something year old man is speaking for the MANY customers (like me) who were "duped", "lied to", and "stolen from". Things could always be worse right? Well, the employees behind InstaTints are off to a good start!

PS: To everyone who reads this... Prevent a migraine and steer clear of these clowns! Please do yourself a HUGE favor and research companies BEFORE making a move. You need to pick those reviews apart with a fine-tooth comb! Maybe I should start taking my own advice. 👍

Gave one star because that is the lowest you can go. Ordered my wife instatint and it’s garbage. When ordered it was supposed to come with a silk liked bag to keep tint in. After numerous attempts at receiving this bag it never came. Here we are months later and nothing. We installed the tint and it is not custom fit. It’s smaller than the windows and gets caught up when rolling windows up and down. Makes crackling noises while you are driving. It’s a total waste of money. Buyer beware!!!!

Placed an order and after almost 2 months the product has not shipped - Reached out many times only to be told that they ship 3 to 4 work weeks after order, however no Refunds after 30 days from order- Don't waste your time or money on this poorly run company.

They only get a start bc you have to select at least one. Stay away look at reviews. Ordered and never received. I received emails from Dylan reed that many have received. This company is a scam. The reviews have had the same experience
