BEWARE of purchasing from this company! The clothing is not the same as the actual photo. The material and quality is poor. The communication is none existent. The link to the refund was broken and after several attempts to resolve my request the company stopped replying to my emails. Will never purchase from this company again.

Horrible material, the pants are big, the jacket is small, the actual clothing doesn't look anything like the photos. Don't waste your money, please.

Ordered a dress. Cut and color were way different than described and pictured. Customer service is very poor. Furthermore, they don't give refunds just store credit after they deduct a "re-stocking" fee. Very disappointed.

Clearly some kind of low-quality dropshipping racket. Partner ordered after seeing a dress on Pinterest, ended up stuck somewhere in China and was delivered late. Items were 'almost' what she ordered, but also fundamentally not - short sleeves when it was meant to be long etc. The quality of the material and workmanship is exceptionally poor, and their communication is non-existent at best. Their returns policy only offers store credit (if you can get that far), and they reinforce that 'emailing them too much' will result in your return being rejected. Currently £80 out of pocket for two incredibly poor dresses. The whole thing stinks to be perfectly honest, and I can't urge you enough to avoid this company.

If this is a legitimate company they have the worst communication possible and they don't follow their return policies. My wife ordered three dresses for an upcoming wedding only to find out that they weren't sized anywhere near what they were advertised as. When trying to return communication was almost non-existent and condescending on top of that. When the portal didn't allow the return that policy indicated it should I couldn't get any further response to my inquiries via email...company dropped off the planet. I wouldn't touch this company with a ten foot pole...bad, bad news.

Someone please help me to get my money back! I am a senior citizen. This is my first time EVER ordering on line. I had to seek assistance to do it. That 40 dollars instastyled stole from me is like 100 dollars to me. I only get social security of 913 dollars monthly. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE someone instruct me on how to get my refund. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

This company has false advertisements all through their website. None of the clothing look like anything on there. PLEASEEEEE DO NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM THEM, I learned the hard way read the reviews to see for yourself their clothes SUCKS I give them a zero star not even a 1/2 star. Worst business ever I've done with online. Will unsubscribe them to send me advertisements on my email now that I have received these cheap looking blouses.

I ordered a tshirt 5/2/22 still have yet to receive it 5/31/22! This "Company" is a fraud! Consumers need to place a complaint with BBB! This company is a complete scam!

They will not let you return anything. They start the return purchase from the time you purchase it not when you receive it. So you may only have a couple days or no time to return it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. 1st of all the product is NOT the same quality as the pictures, it took over a month to get them even though I paid for expedited shipping. Customer service is almost non existent, none of the phone numbers even work..,and believe me I tried them more than once at different times of the day. I only started getting responses from them by email after I filed a dispute with PayPal. Their “full refund policy” is a joke! They take a $7.00 restocking fee from your return for each item and give you store credit. I also did not get my $10.00 expedited shipping back. I am hoping PayPal will stand behind me and cut these scamming losers off. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I only LOOKED at their website and put one thing in my basket then decided it all looked cheap & nasty & exited the website.

I then received INTRUSIVE messaging on my PERSONAL WhatsApp account telling me I'd left things in my basket AND SEVEN desperate emails that day HOUNDING me!

DISGUSTING! Even if I had liked anything I DEFINITELY would NOT have bought anything from them.

I've reported their emails as SPAM. And blocked them.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

This item took over a month to get and it was nothing like the picture. They are procrastinating on me returning the item. THIS IS A SCAM.

I am writing because I ordered an outfit and paid the extra fee to expedite the merchandise for a wedding. It didn’t arrive until after the wedding date. I have followed the instructions to receive a full refund and to return the merchandise but no one had responded to my calls or emails. It’s ironic that before getting the merchandise the representative responded quickly to my emails but now nothing. This company is terrible with customer service now since the merchandise was received and there needs to be a resolution for getting my refund.

Horrible experience. Not as shown in pictures. A total Rip Off. They should dumped their junk in the garbage instead of selling it 😡😡😡😡😡😡
