The customer service is an absolute nightmare. I had so many issues with Instant that it is too much to write. If I could give zero stars I would. Awful.

The worst app ever I wouldn’t even recommend using it !! zero instant access always 24 hours later and only to access half of my earnings. And then my check doesn’t even direct deposit into my account and I have to pay to transfer the funds to my actual bank. This app is more of an inconvenience. I’m not even sure what type of working person would consider this if it has no benefits and so many limitations.

When you transfer virtual funds ; the would show balance in their site as monetized & when u go for crypto withdrawal message will popup in their site asking you to deposit 0.1001 btc .Later when u deposit that 0.1001 btc ; they would send you one email informing you crypto withdrawal is not possible in ur country just visa card withdrawal is possible and they send you Maya app visa card in which they will ask you to withdraw below 90usd for activation.After activation you get an email to deposit 3-7 BTC and if you contact support.They will inform u it's part of their procedures.So deposit minimum 2 BTC and activate ur withdrawal.That way these people go on scamming you .These scammers operate from Philippines

I saw an opportunity to invest in cryptocurrency about a few months ago and I took my chance. I contacted a broker who I saw his videos on YouTube and I contacted him so that I can invest in his platform. I went to my Bank for a loan and added my savings, I invested the money which was deposited using Bitcoin with hopes of gaining massive returns on my investment. I kept tracking my portfolio and it was increasing daily on the website . It made me excited and confident. Fast forward to 29 Days after, which was supposed to be my pay-out date, I tried to make a withdrawal as I needed money to foot my bills and return the loan I took from my bank, but the broker insisted that I continue to invest or will have to pay some fees to withdraw my funds. That was very disappointing to hear right? because it was all going smoothly when I deposited the funds. Eventually, I contacted a friend.. the rest is now history .

BIG SCAM SCAM. STAY AWAY. Instantpayinc and Maya Crypto X Big Scams. Do not trust them. I lost 1.2 BTC with them.
