Gary was excellent, informative and on-point. Went through the positives and negatives of each office visit. Would highly recommend.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I contacted this company to inquire about office space and they advertised a 'starting at' price. Well, first getting anyone to contact you back is a nightmare! Good luck with that... I called (4) times and talked with live chat (4) times. I received an auto-response email but never once heard back from her yet I asked a multitude of questions. I have however heard from 5-6 other companies in regards to office space. In one of the calls where I (AGAIN) provided all of my information, the customer service agent was very rude! Asked for a prefix to my phone number and I gave her my full number... she asked again for the prefix... I said I live in the US and this indeed is my full number... she preceded to ask me for more numbers. Ma'am - THERE ARE NO MORE NUMBERS...If you are calling from the US you should reach me by dialing those numbers! Please beware... this is a true bait and switch company!!! They do not have any offices that go for the price listed on their webpage! Good luck to those that dare!

Georgie D was a great help in finding suitable offices for our requirements and arranging back to back visits so that we could view them, even when weather affected our travel.

After the viewings we had regular check-ins on our progress and they are able to secure additional discounts once you make your pick.

I had a great experience working with Steve Stenson in locating our new office space. Like many other managers my plate is overloaded with responsibilities. It took a huge burden off of my plate to know that Steve listened to what my team needed in a larger office space and did the dirty work for me. I had a call with Steve to explain what I was looking for. He narrowed it down to 12 options in the locations I was looking for and from there he booked 6 site visits. I honestly could have chosen any of the 6, but there was one that fit our needs the best. He then negotiated a great price for us and and was a huge help in getting everything checked off. We move in a couple of weeks and I couldn't be more excited to make the space our own. Even better, when it's time to renew I found out Steve will be helping me once again. I was able to take the countless hours it would've taken me trying to research all of the available options, then setting up meetings, negotiating the contract, etc and put it into moving the needle in my own job. I couldn't appreciate Steve's partnership more and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Honestly a pointless company. They display offices on their website, showing offices nearby and what offices are available with prices. They're non-existent. I enquired about 2 offices within a couple of miles of me. I've had 4 emails and 5 phone calls, all from different companies, none of them Instant Offices, all trying to show me offices that have nothing to do with the TWO that I enquired about. I got a generic email (sent automatically) from Jessica Williams - never spoken to her, never called me. Nothing. Now I'm inundated with calls and emails from people with offices I wasn't and am never going to be interested in. Thanks for causing me all the hassle of having to unsubscribe from who knows how many other agencies trying to sell offices I have no interest in.

Instant Offices helped find us a great space to meet and collaborate in London. Our requirements were quite unique and so it really helped to work with a team who really knew the market and what would fit our needs.

I have been using Instant Offices for a couple of years and the experience has been great. The staff has been really helpful, in particular Jordan Cui. He has been helping me since the beginning. I was looking for offices in different states and not only did he find the best locations within my budget, but he also gave great advice and followed up, making sure everything was going well long after we had moved. He has assisted me in many negotiations, he's very responsive, supportive, and has great knowledge of the market. I have come to trust him.
I know I can keep using Instant Offices and calling Jordan for future needs. I would highly recommend their service.
