The Instant Offices advisor, Javier, was great to help us find our offices in Berlin. He made a fast-track market analysis, accompanied us on our preferred site walks and supported us on all our queries and needs on the signing of our contract.
His excellent interpersonal skills and customer oriented approach, allow us to trust him on the decision making and we are more than keen to recommend him as an advisor consultant.
Avoid this site like the plague. It’s not worth the stress.
I signed up for InstantOffice.com to find a private office in Southampton. I spoke with customer service via the chat feature, and they informed me there wasn’t an office that met my requirements. Fair enough—no issue there.
But then the nightmare started. Since that day (5 days ago), my phone hasn’t stopped ringing. From 8 a.m. every day, I get calls from office providers all over the UK—at least 7–8 calls a day! I’m working and simply don’t have time to deal with this constant barrage of calls. Even if I wasn’t working, why should I have to waste my time answering endless calls I never agreed to?
I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times asking them to delete my account and remove my contact details. They gave me an email address—no response after three emails. They sent me a form—I filled it out, still no response. They even gave me a phone number to call, but no one answers. Meanwhile, the calls from office providers keep coming.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this site unless you want to lose your peace of mind.

Brian made the entire process of finding an office space for our team super easy. Our team of 15 was looking for a new space and the landscape of available coworking spaces in Austin was overwhelming. Brian helped me narrow down our search, and was extremely knowledgeable of our market and what we could find. He had so many great tips along the way and made the whole process so easy and efficient. If I had taken on this project on my own, it probably would have taken a couple of months and we may not have ended up in the perfect space.
